摘 要 地质分析测试是地质科学研究和调查的重要技术手段之一，现代地球科学研究领域的不断拓宽对地质分析工作者的需求日趋增多。针对我院地质分析方向人才培养中存在的问题，我们对本科生的教育教学改革进行了初步探索，尝试从教师队伍建设、教学改革和人才培养三个方面做出变革，以期培养的地质分析方向本科生能更好地适应社会需求和时代发展。

Preliminary Study on Teaching Reform of Undergraduates in Geological Analysis

Abstract Geological analysis is one of the important means in geological research and survey. The continuous development on modern earth science increases the demand for geological analysis workers. To solve the problem on the talent cultivation of geological analysis direction in our college， we try to make changes on the three aspects of teacher team construction， teaching reform and talent training mode. We expect that the graduates of geological analysis direction will better adapt to the social needs and epoch development.

“地質分析”是吉林大学地球探测科学与技术学院（以下简称“我院”）针对勘查技术与工程专业的本科生所开设的研究方向之一。该方向旨在为矿产资源勘查、环境监测评价等领域培养地质和环境样品分析、测试与管理的高级专门人才。但该方向在我院一直处于较薄弱的位置，存在较多问题，因而亟待改革。近年来，新一轮国土资源地质大调查和重大地质工程项目的开展，地质“野战军”技术装备的规划实施，大型科学仪器的引进，极大地带动了各种分析测试技术及其应用方法的研究，使分析测试新技术的推广和普及上了一个新台阶，[1]对地质分析类专门人才的渴求达到了一个新的高度，这对我院地质分析方向学生的培养与教育也提出了新的挑战和要求。

改革是一条路，既要远见也要着实。如何使学生在毕业后能适应当代社会的发展需求，成为我们现阶段教学改革的源动力。……
