摘 要：电力设施为现代社会发展中的基础设施组成部分，农网工程是国家的民心工程能为电力的高效运行提供保障。随着我国经济水平的提升，现代新农村建设也提出新要求。尤其是农村的电网工程，对电力供应工作具备十分重要的意义。在文章中，通过农网工程施工中问题的分析，为其提出有效的安全管理措施。确保在执行下，达到农网工程的积极改造和施工，维护其整体安全，保证农村经济水平的稳定提升。

Abstract： Electric power facilities are part of the infrastructure in the development of modern society. Rural power grid project is the popular project of the country， which can provide guarantee for the efficient operation of electric power. With the improvement of our country's economic level， new requirements are put forward for the construction of modern new countryside. Especially the rural power grid project has the very important significance to the electric power supply work. In this paper， through the analysis of the problems in the construction of rural power network project， the effective safety management measures are put forward， to ensure the implementation of the project helps to achieve the active transformation and construction of rural power grid， maintain its overall safety， and ensure the stability of the rural economic level.

新農村建设理念提出，农网工程建设工作逐渐增加，为我国现代经济社会发展提供强大保障，促使其满足当前的用电需求。农网工程工作，能对我国农村产业结构进行调整，保证家电下乡政策的形成，也能为其提供充足供电，促使电压质量的提升。

1 农网工程改造概述
