摘 要：作为面向图书馆行业提供期刊资源检索、导航、在线阅读和下载服务的知识服务平台，超星期刊的出现必然对目前的图书馆期刊资源服务格局带来一定影响。本文以超星期刊平台与业内现有的期刊平台相比，分析知识服务平台竞争优势，并提出培育知识服务平台竞争优势的策略。

Analysis of Competitive Advantages of Knowledge Service Platform

——Taking Chaoxing Periodical Database as an Example

Abstract： As a knowledge service platform for the library industry to provide periodical resource retrieval， navigation， online reading and downloading services， the appearance of Chaoxing Periodicals inevitably affects the current service pattern of library periodicals to certain extent. Compared Chaoxing Periodicals platform with the existing periodical platform in the industry， this paper analyzes the competitive advantage of the knowledge service platform and puts forward the strategy of cultivating the competitive advantage of the knowledge service platform.

新時代背景下，我国综合实力不断提升，科技领域也取得了巨大的进步，国家学术影响力也被世界所关注，科技文献的信息化已经获得了良好的发展，智库的热潮悄然而至。知识服务将以“新时代·新技术·新形态·新服务”为主旨，探索新时代科技知识服务新模式。知识服务平台本身具有知识服务的特性，研究科技知识共享服务平台的知识服务能力具有重要意义。

1 国内知识服务研究现状分析

1.1 知识服务研究侧面的变化。国内1999—2017年的研究主要侧重于宏观理论层面的“知识经济”“知识管理”“信息服务”“图书馆”“数字图书馆”“高校图书馆”等，并逐步深化到微观实践层面的“服务模式”“核心能力”“本体”“知识挖掘”“网格”“语义网格”等，知识服务的研究主题越来越宽、涉及的问题越来越多，热点频出。

1.2 知识服务研究热点的变化

为了解知识服务领域研究热点在1999—2017年的变化，本文选取检出文献中各年前20条关键词进行统计分析，得出：①知识服务、知识管理、图书馆、信息服务、知识经济等一直是热点，且集中在宏观层次；……
