摘 要：课堂教学是教学活动的主要环节，是启发、培养学生创造性思维，实施教育的主渠道。因此，高等学校要提高人才培养质量，必须从课堂教学入手。江西外语外贸职业学院以强化教师课堂管理能力、营造良好的课堂文化、严格落实专兼职督学制度等三方面工作为抓手，保障课堂教学秩序稳定、提高课堂教学效果、有效监管课堂教学质量，不断强化课堂教学管理，提升课堂教学质量和教学效果，最终提高人才培养质量。

关键词：高职；课堂教学管理；人才培养质量

Abstract： Classroom teaching is the main part of teaching activities. It is the main channel to inspire and cultivate students' creative thinking and implementing education. Therefore， colleges and universities must improve the quality of personnel training with a start from the classroom teaching. Jiangxi Foreign Languages and Foreign Trade Vocational College focuses on the three aspects of strengthening teachers' classroom management capabilities， creating a good classroom culture， and strictly implementing a full-time and part-time supervision system to ensure the stability of classroom teaching， improve classroom teaching effectiveness， and effectively supervise the quality of classroom teaching， through constantly strengthening classroom teaching management， improving classroom teaching quality and teaching results to ultimately improve the quality of personnel training.
