[摘要] 目的 探讨全程整体护理应用于无痛胃肠镜诊疗胃肠疾病患者中的效果。方法 研究病例便利选择2016年1月—2017年8月在该院接受无痛胃肠镜诊疗的胃肠疾病患者60例为研究对象，随机分为两组，即对照组30例行常规护理，分析组30例行全程整体护理，比较两组干预效果。结果 分析组住院时间（11.8±1.7）d明显短于对照组（19.3±1.5）d（P<0.05）；分析组不良反应发生率3.33%（1/30），对照组为20.00%（6/30）（P<0.05）。结论 在无痛胃肠镜诊疗胃肠疾病患者围治疗期采用全程整体护理效果显著，有助于缩短患者住院时间，并减少呕吐、疼痛等不良反应发生率，具有较高实用价值。

Analysis of Effect of Whole-course Holistic Nursing in Painless Gastroenteroscopy in Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients with Gastrointestinal Diseases

[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of whole-course holistic nursing in painless gastroenteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of patients with gastrointestinal diseases. Methods 60 cases of patients with painless gastroenteroscopy diagnosed in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2017 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each， the control group used the routine nursing， while the analysis group used the whole-course holistic nursing， and the intervention effect was compared between the two groups. Results The length of stay in the analysis group was obviously shorter than that in the control group[（11.8±1.7）d vs （19.3±1.5）d]（P<0.05）， and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the analysis group and in the control group was respectively 3.33%（1/30） and 20.00%（6/30）. Conclusion The effect of whole-course holistic nursing in painless gastroenteroscopy in diagnosis and treatment of patients with gastrointestinal diseases is obvious， which contributes to shortening the length of stay and reducing the incidence rate of vomiting and pains， with higher practical value.

胃肠疾病在我国临床发生率较高，且随着现代人们生活水平、饮食结构等改变，其发生率呈逐年上升趋势[1]。无痛胃肠镜作为微创无痛技术、快捷简便等优势在该病的诊疗中起到了重要作用。但在近年来临床反应受多因素影响，患者在诊疗中其效果存在差异，并提出围诊疗期加入护理干预意义重大[2]。该次研究病例便利选择2016年1月—2017年8月在该院接受无痛胃肠镜诊疗的胃肠疾病患者60例为研究对象，观察全程整体护理应用于无痛胃肠镜诊疗胃肠疾病患者中的效果，旨意为临床护理方案选择提供参考，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

便利選择于该院接受无痛胃肠镜诊疗的胃肠疾病患者60例为研究对象，随机分为对照组与分析组各30例，其中对照组男12例，女18例，年龄20～55岁，平均年龄（33.8±2.8）岁，病程2～14 d，平均病程（7.3±1.4）d；分析组男10例，女20例，年龄20～55岁，平均年龄（34.0±3.0）岁，病程2～15 d，平均病程（7.5±1.6）d；两组患者一般资料差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），具有可比性。对于该次研究内容，已获得院方伦理会批准，患者与其家属均知情并同意。……
