摘 要：乡村旅游业是三农产业融合发展形成的新型农业服务业，也是当前三农产业中的一项朝阳产业，对于活跃农村经济发挥着重要的作用。本文在简要分析乡村旅游业与三产融合发展关系的基础上，总结了当前乡村旅游产业融合展面临的困境，分析了该产业融合发展新趋势，提出了产业深度融合发展的对策和建议，对于拓展农业功能、增加农民收入、优化农村环境具有重要意义。

Discussion on the Development of Rural Tourism in the Course of Agriculture Industry Convergence

Abstract： Rural tourism was a new agricultural service industry formed by the integration of agriculture， rural areas and agriculture. It was also a sunrise industry in the current three agricultural industry. It played an important role in active rural economy. Based on a brief analysis of the relationship between the development of rural tourism and the integration of the three industries， this paper summarized the dilemma faced by the current integration of rural tourism industry， analyzed the new trend of integration development of the industry， put forward the countermeasures and suggestions. Expand agricultural function， increase farmer income and optimize the rural environment was of great significance.

党的十八届三中全会指出，要到2020年实现全面小康社会，其中的难点和重点在农村[1]；中央一号文件也多次提出，大力推进农民奔小康，必须充分发挥三农独特优势，深度挖掘农业农村的多种功能，培育壮大农村新产业新业态，让产业融合发展成为农民增收的重要支撑[2]。随着城镇一体化推进和人们生活水平提高，以城镇居民为主要市场群体的乡村旅游业发展迅速，成为三农产业融合发展的新途徑和推动农村经济新的增长点，到2014年底，国内乡村旅游年收入已达到3 200亿元，3 300万农民直接受惠。在三农产业融合背景下，适时研究探讨乡村旅游业的发展问题，提升乡村旅游业发展水平，对于拓展农业功能、增加农民收入、优化农村环境具有重要意义。

1 乡村旅游业是产业融合发展的产物
