【摘要】 目的：研究先兆流产患者妊娠结局的影响因素。方法：选取2014年4月-2016年8月本院收治的先兆流产患者386例为研究对象。对患者进行问卷调查及相关检查并进行随访，直至所有孕产妇分娩或流产，观察患者妊娠结局，并据此分为良好妊娠结局组和不良妊娠结局组，比较两组一般资料，采用Logistic回归方程分析患者妊娠结局的影响因素。结果：本研究386例先兆流产患者中，其中顺利足月分娩者354例，占91.71%；而不良妊娠结局患者32例，占8.29%；两组年龄、吸烟、饮酒、阴道炎、生殖道感染、子宫肌瘤、子宫畸形、阴道出血、流产史、营养不良以及黄体功能不全比较，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；并将上述有差异资料带入Logistic回归方程计算，发现以上因素均是影响先兆流产患者妊娠结局的因素（P<0.05）。结论：先兆流产妊娠结局的影响因素很多，极易使患者造成不良妊娠结局，应受到临床重点关注，及时采取有效干预措施，从而改善妊娠结局，避免流产，提高保胎率，为孕产妇预后提供保障。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the influence factors of pregnancy outcomes in threatened abortion.Method：A total of 386 patients with threatened abortion admitted in our hospital from April 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the study objects.They were investigated by questionnaire and related examinations and followed up until all pregnant women gave birth or miscarriage.The pregnancy outcome was observed and divided into good pregnancy outcome group and bad pregnancy outcome group.The general data of two groups were compared，and influencing factors of pregnancy outcome were analyzed by logistic regression equation.Result：In this study，354 cases（91.71%） had the successful full-term delivery，while 32 cases（8.29%） had adverse pregnancy outcomes.The age，smoking，drinking，vaginitis，genital tract infection，uterine myoma，uterine malformation，vaginal bleeding，abortion history，malnutrition and luteal dysfunction in two groups were compared，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The above data were introduced into the logistic regression equation，and the above factors were found to be the factors affecting the pregnancy outcome of threatened abortion patients（P<0.05）.Conclusion：There are many factors influencing the pregnancy outcome of threatened abortion，which can easily cause adverse pregnancy outcome.Therefore，clinical attention should be paid to it，and effective intervention measures should be taken in time to improve the pregnancy outcome，avoid abortion and increase the rate of pregnancy preservation，to provide guarantee for the prognosis of pregnant.

先兆流產属于妇产科常见的病理临床现象，主要是指妊娠28周前，孕产妇出现少量阴道流血、下腹部以及腰部疼痛等症状。经盆腔检查显示其宫口未开，胎膜仍完整，无妊娠物排出，且子宫大小与孕周相符合[1]。若能够及时采取有效的保胎治疗，患者可继续妊娠，并为其生命安全提供保障。但若无法及时进行干预，可能加重症状，逐渐发展成难免流产，造成不良妊娠结局，严重威胁母婴安全[2-3]。因此影响先兆流产患者妊娠结局的相关因素成为医疗界专业人士重点的关注，本院对此展开研究。选取2014年4月-2016年8月本院收治的先兆流产患者386例为研究对象，收集患者临床资料，分析先兆流产患者妊娠结局的影响因素。现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
