【摘要】 目的：對左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的时间护理配合效果进行探讨分析。方法：选取本院2016年2-8月收治的54例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象，按照患者先后就诊的顺序分为对照组和观察组，各27例。所有患者在给予左旋氨氯地平治疗的基础上，对照组给予常规护理，观察组则给予时间护理。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及不良反应发生率。结果：观察组的治疗总有效率为92.59%，对照组为74.07%，两组患者临床治疗效果对比，差异有统计学意义（字2=13.101，P=0.000）。护理后，两组患者的舒张压和收缩压均出现下降趋势，且观察组血压均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为11.11%，对照组为37.04%，两组患者不良反应发生率对比，差异有统计学意义（字2=18.531，P=0.000）。结论：原发性高血压患者在临床治疗中，采用左旋氨氯地平治疗与配合时间护理相结合的方法，可有效改善患者的血压，减少不良反应发生率，提高治疗总有效率，具有很高的临床推广价值。

Time Nursing Cooperation of 54 Cases of Primary Hypertension Treated with Levamlodipine/HUANG Jiawen.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15 （13）：088-090

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore and analyse the time nursing cooperation effect of Levamlodipine for the treatment of primary hypertension.Method：A total of 54 primary hypertension patients treated in our hospital from February to August 2016 were selected as the research object.According to the sequence of patient visits，they were divided into control group and observation group，27 cases in each group. On the basis of administration of Levamlodipine in all patients，the control group was given routine nursing，the observation group was given time nursing.The clinical effect and adverse reaction rate were compared between the two groups.Result：The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.59%，the control group was 74.07%，the effective rate of treatment between two groups were compared，the difference was statistically significant（字2=13.101，P=0.000）.After nursing，the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in two groups showed a downward trend，and the blood pressure of the observation group were obviously lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.11%，the control group was 37.04%，the difference was statistically significant（字2=18.531，P=0.000）.Conclusion：In the clinical treatment of patients with primary hypertension，the combination of Levamlodipine and time nursing can effectively improve the patients blood pressure，reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and increase the total effective rate of treatment，has high clinical value.

高血压是临床上一种常见的疾病，以老年患者居多。据临床研究数据显示，在所有的高血压患者中，有95%以上的患者属于原发性高血压[1-3]。临床上，对于原发性高血压的治疗，主要是合理地使用降压药物，并采用时间护理相配合的方式，根據患者的人体生理规律，对患者的心理因素、用药时间、生理和病理等方面进行全方位的护理[4-5]。为了进一步研究左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的时间护理配合的效果，本院选取了2016年2-8月收治的54例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象，现总结如下。
