摘 要： 城市环卫工作的智能化是智慧城市建设不可或缺的组成部分。设计开发了一款面向智慧城市的智能垃圾桶监管系统，该系统由智能垃圾桶、云数据中心、环卫工人APP和Web管理端组成。智能垃圾桶搭载温度、气味、超声波等传感器获取垃圾状态信息，云数据中心对智能垃圾桶内温度过高、垃圾发臭、垃圾累积过量等异常状态信息进行存储和分析，环卫工人APP及时将垃圾桶异常状态报告给环卫工人以便尽快处理，Web管理端为环卫管理决策提供参考意见。通过部署该系统，可有效监管垃圾桶工作状态，显著提高垃圾回收效率和环卫管理水平。

Intelligent garbage can supervision system for smart city

Abstract： The intelligentization of urban sanitation work is an indispensable part of smart cities. This paper is thus motivated to design and develop an intelligent garbage can supervision system for smart city， which consists of intelligent garbage can， cloud data center， sanitation worker APP and Web management system. The intelligent trash can carries temperature， odor， ultrasonic and other sensors to get garbage status information. The cloud data center stores and analyzes abnormal status information of the intelligent garbage can， such as high temperature， stink of garbage， and excessive accumulated trash. The APP real-timely reports the abnormal status of the garbage can to sanitation workers for handling as soon as possible. The web management system provides reference for sanitation management decision-making. The deployment of this system can effectively supervise the working status of garbage can， and significantly improve the efficiency of garbage collection and the level of sanitation management.

0 引言

自1993年以來，智慧城市理念[1]在世界范围内悄然兴起。当前，许多国家都在积极开展智慧城市建设，致力于通过信息和通信技术手段感知、分析、整合城市运行核心系统的各项关键信息，从而对民生、环保、公共安全、城市服务、工商业等领域内的各种需求做出智能响应。而城市环卫管理工作的信息化和智能化是其中的一项重要内容。据新闻报道，我国近两年每天平均产生垃圾2万1023公吨，相当于约4541辆垃圾车的容量。大量的日常生活垃圾如果得不到及时清理，不仅影响市容，而且还易滋生各种细菌，产生氮、硫化物等有害气体，损害人体健康。

针对城市垃圾清理效果不佳的问题，目前已有很多国内外机构开展研究工作。……
