[摘要] 目的 探讨中医结合治疗小儿Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿的血糖水平变化及临床疗效。方法 调研2016年3月—2017年2月该院收诊的100例Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿，随机分为对照组（给予胰岛素泵治疗）及观察组（在胰岛素泵的基础上给予中药治疗），每组50例。观察经不同药物治疗后患儿的血糖水平及临床疗效。结果 经2个疗程的治疗，观察组患儿的显效率、总有效率、空腹血糖水平、餐后2 h血糖水平等数据统计明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 采用中西结合的方式治疗小儿Ⅰ型糖尿病，较胰岛素泵更好地控制血糖水平，提高临床疗效，值得医师在临床应用中推广。

[Abstract] Objective To study the curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of children with type I diabetes and effect on the blood glucose level. Methods 100 cases of children with type I diabetes diagnosed in our hospital from March 2016 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each， the control group were treated with insulin pump， while the observation group used the traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the insulin pump， and the blood glucose level and clinical curative effect after treatment were observed. Results After treatment of two treatment courses， the markedly effective rate， total effective rate， fasting blood glucose level and postprandial 2 h blood glucose level in the observation group were obviously befter than those in the control group， and the difference was statistcally significance（P<0.05）. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of children with type I diabetes can better control the blood glucose level than the insulin pump， and improve the clinical curative effect， which is worth clinical promotion.

Ⅰ型糖尿病是一種因机体内源性胰岛素失调引发的高血糖状态，常伴有脂肪及蛋白质代谢异常的内分泌代谢性疾病；经研究发现，Ⅰ型糖尿病在我国人群中的主要发病期在儿童时期，且发病率逐年攀升；此疾病常导致儿童在学龄前期和青春期表现为：多饮、多尿、多食、消瘦[1]。在临床治疗中，采用西药常规用药后患儿临床依从性较低，且小儿的免疫系统不完善，长期使用胰岛素治疗不能完全满足临床需求，该院为能减少西药引发的并发症，在胰岛素治疗的基础上给予中药治疗，取得了较好的临床疗效。该文探讨中医结合治疗小儿Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿的临床疗效及血糖水平变化；分析2016年3月—2017年2月间该院收治的100例Ⅰ型糖尿病患儿的临床资料，报道如下。
