摘 要：污泥调质深度脱水工艺是一种纯机械式的脱水工艺。该工艺的关键技术在于前期对污泥进行物理和化学调质，提高污泥的脱水性能。本文以上海松江西部水环境净化有限公司污泥深度脱水工程为例，对污泥调质+板框压滤脱水技术进行阐述，从实际临时应急工程运行及施工中累计经验，并运用到在建项目，提出相应的污泥调质+板框压滤脱水工艺，为类似工程提供参考。污泥调质的性能参数-污泥比阻。

Abstract： The sludge dewatering depth dewatering process is a purely mechanical dewatering process. The key technology of this process is to physically and chemically modify the sludge and improve the dewatering performance of the sludge. In this paper， the sludge deep dewatering project of the Songjiang West Water Environment Purification Co.， Ltd. is taken as an example to illustrate the sludge conditioning and plate and frame filter dewatering technology. The accumulated experience from the actual temporary emergency project operation and construction is applied to the construction. Project， put forward the corresponding sludge conditioning + plate and frame filtration dewatering process， to provide a reference for similar projects. 污泥深度脱水目的是把污泥的含水率降到60%以下，使它的低位热值直接满足锅炉焚烧和填埋的要求。目前市场上出现很多污泥深度脱水工艺，有蒸汽干化、烟气干化、厌氧发酵、螺旋压榨、自然风化等。不同工艺成本尽不相同。本文的污泥调质深度脱水工艺是一种纯机械式的脱水工艺，成本相对其它工艺要低，环境效益明显。

近年来 ，随着国家的发展人民生活水平的提高，国家对环境污染和水污染问题重视程度日益提高，我国污水处理工程建设进人快速发展阶段。随着污水厂污水处理能力的不断提高，相应产生污泥的量逐年增加，对污泥的妥善处置关注度不断提高。根据国家相关部门出台GB/T 23485-2009《城镇污水处理厂污泥处置混合填埋用泥质》，要求填埋场混合填埋污泥含水率≤60%。而现如今我国使用最传统最广泛的是离心机和带式机进行污泥脱水，但他们产生的泥饼含水率一般只能达到80%左右，因此，需采取深度脱水工艺进行污泥处理，力求降低泥饼含水率。……
