摘 要 信息技术的快速发展引发金融科技的创新应用，金融科技的发展推动了金融供给侧改革，进而引起金融外包业务和金融外包行业所需人才出现新的特点，本文主要研究了金融科技带来的金融外包所需人才的新趋势，并对金融外包人才培养提出了合理化的建议。

Demand Trend of Financial Outsourcing Talents

in the Background of Financial Technology

Abstract The rapid development of information technology has triggered the innovative application of financial science and technology， and the development of financial science and technology has promoted the reform of the financial supply side. This has led to new characteristics of the talents required for financial outsourcing business and financial outsourcing industry. This paper mainly studies the financial science and technology brought about by the financial new trend of talents required for outsourcing and put forward reasonable suggestions for the training of financial outsourcing talents.

2017年4月商務部会同发展改革委、教育部、科技部、工业和信息化部制定了《国际服务外包产业发展“十三五”规划》。2011年到2015年之间，我国金融外包稳定发展，服务外包合同金额年均增长量达到31%，远超我国GDP增长速度，服务外包产业仍是我国最富有活力的行业之一。大数据、物联网、移动互联、云计算等信息技术的创新应用，推动了我国服务外包产业结构不断优化，服务内容逐渐向价值链高端延伸。信息技术的快速发展引发金融科技的强化应用，金融外包行业的发展也逐渐深化，业务范围出现了新的特点，金融外包行业所需人才也出现的新的趋势。

1 金融科技促进金融供给侧改革

伴随着第三方支付、网络贷款、互联网征信及互联网银行等互联网金融模式的快速发展，信息技术企业尤其是互联网公司已经全面介入到金融服务的方方面面。信息技术企业以其掌握的科技优势在用户服务、产品设计等各个方面的创新提高了金融服务水平、吸引了非常多的用户，推动了我国金融行业的供给侧改革。……
