摘 要 与旅游理论教学相比，实践教学对旅游管理专业学生就业和未来发展的影响更大，在地方本科应用型人才培养中起着理论教学所无法比拟的作用。基于对地方本科旅游管理专业人才培养和实践教学中存在问题的剖析，探讨地方本科旅游管理专业项目化实践教学体系的构建与实施路径，以期对推进旅游管理本科实践教学模式创新和应用型本科转型发展有所裨益。

Exploration and Practice of Project-oriented Practice Teaching Model for Local Undergraduate Tourism Management Specialty

Abstract Compared with the tourism theory teaching， the practice teaching has a greater impact on the employment and future development of the tourism management students， and plays an incomparable role in the training of local undergraduate applied talents. Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the training and practice of Local undergraduate tourism management professionals， this paper discusses the construction and implementation path of the project based practice teaching system for local undergraduate tourism management， with a view to promoting the innovation of the practice teaching model and the transformation and development of the application type of tourism management.

0 引言

旅游管理是應用性、实践性很强的专业。与旅游理论教学相比，实践教学对旅游管理专业学生就业和未来发展的影响更大，在地方本科应用型人才培养中起着理论教学所无法比拟的作用。在旅游产业供给侧改革背景下，地方本科旅游管理专业创新实践教学模式，面向服务一线、面向现场管理培养高素质应用型旅游人才，是对目前地方本科向应用技术型高校转型诉求的积极回应。

项目化实践教学是将实践训练内容转化为项目，组织学生自主设计、操作和完成项目任务，并参与项目成果检验与评价，从而实现对相应理论知识的理解和专业技能的掌握，积累实际工作经验的一种教学模式。[1-2]具有教学环境的情境性、教学方式的开放性、教学过程的探究性、教学对象的主体性和团队性等特点，是近年来实践教学改革的前沿之一，与旅游管理专业特点和实践教学目标契合。……
