浙江乡土美食的传承与创新

家的味道,其中一種,便是舌尖上的味道。家乡,在每一位游子的心中,除了有风土人情,更多的可能还有家园风味。于是,一道道菜肴,在适当的时候就会是一张张名片,传递民俗风尚,辉映自然景观,体现人文特质。

本期《文化交流》特别策划了一组有关浙江美食文化的报道,通过不断地推陈出新,浙江的小吃走向了世界,普通的渔业生产发展成了旅游项目,浙江菜系中的杭帮菜等被带到了世界各地……

浙江乡土美食成了一扇开启浙江文化风景的窗,它承载传统民族文化底蕴,富含时代创新元素,以细节体现乡情韵味,以最直观的方式表达浙江人的爱乡之情和勤劳品性。品尝家乡的美食,品的是文化,品的是生态,品的是乡愁。

Cuisine is part of hometown. For those who live away from hometown, hometown can mean a variety of things such as people, tradition, culture, landscape, and food. Thats why a dish, a cake, or something else from a hometown kitchen, can be a hallmark of ones hometown. In this issue of Cultural Dialogue, we cover some topics of cuisines of Zhejiang. Nowadays, food from Zhejiang has been put on table across the world; many fishing villages in the province have become tourism destinations largely because of seafood; and Hangzhou Cuisine, a key part of Zhejiang Cuisine, has been brought to Chinese restaurants in many parts of the world.

Regional cuisines of Zhejiang are a window on the culture of Zhejiang. They carry tradition and history, highlight innovation, cherish the memory of hometown, and reflect peoples love for hometown and hardworking spirit. For so many people, food from hometown means culture, ecology, and nostalgia.
