【摘 要】随着我国的信息技术的发展，高校健美操教学之中也加入了信息化的手段，这一方式应用取得了较为成功的效果。为此，本文采用文献资料法等，对信息化手段在高校健美操教学设计中的应用展开探讨，并根据其中所存在的问题，提出了相对应的有效实施策略，希望能够对我国高校健美操教学的发展做出一份贡献。

The Application of Informatization in the Teaching Design of Aerobics in Colleges and Universities

【Abstract】nformation technology in our country， the teaching of aerobics in colleges and universities has also added the means of information technology， which has been applied successfully. Therefore， this paper discusses the application of information technology in the teaching design of calisthenics in colleges and universities， and puts forward corresponding effective implementation strategies according to the existing problems. Hope to make a contribution to the development of aerobics teaching in colleges and universities in China.

我国现阶段正处于信息化技术高速发展的时代，利用计算机网络对信息资料进行收集和分析已经逐渐渗透进工作之中的各个领域，同时在体育教学方面也将信息化手段应用进去并取得了不错的成绩。健美操是体育项目之中的具有传统优势的一门课程，在整个高校的体育课程之中也占有十分重要的地位。健美操课程与其他体育课程相比较来说，动作要领较为复杂和困难，我国以往传统的健美操课程教学方式是教师对基本要领和知识进行强制性灌输，这样会使学生学习起来感到枯燥乏味，随着当前我国的信息化技术的高速发展，多媒体技术在高校健美操教学当中也开始被广泛的推动起来，并有效促进了我国的高校健美操的发展。因此，对于信息化手段在高校健美操教学设计中的应用，进行进一步的探究是十分必要的。

1 信息化手段在健美操教学中所存在的问题
