摘 要：传输设备性能的构建作为当前通信技术构建中的重要工作部分，在实际进行相关工作的过程中，能够在实际传输设备应用现状分析的基础上，对传输设备各个使用规格等进行有效的分析，以此能够针对设备性能进行有效的评估，针对评估的结果提出相关的改进措施具有非常重要的意义。就这一方面而言，在实际进行的过程中，能够保证传输设备性能评估技术的科学化应用对于实际工作的进行起着非常重要的作用。

Abstract： the construction of transmission equipment performance is one of the important work in the construction of communication technology， in the actual process of related work， which based on the analysis of the actual transmission equipment application status， the effective analysis of various transmission equipment specifications， in order to carry out effective assessment for equipment performance assessment for the the results put forward the relevant improvement measures is very important. 近年来，随着网络技术的不断发展和普及，人们的生活和工作离不开互联网。在此背景下，各大运营商也加大了网络建设力度。随着网络规模的扩大，传输设备的管理难度越来越大。在运行过程中，传输设备经常出现故障，使业务的各个方面无法正常进行。为了解决和避免输电设备的故障，需要进行性能评估。因此，研究传输设备的性能评价技术具有重要的意义。

1 传输设备性能评估的意义

传输设备作为当前网络通信化系统建设中的重要组成部分，在实际应用的过程中，对传输设备性能进行科学的评估，以此能够在结合网络运营现状分析的基础上，选择科学的传输设备应用方法及系统化的管理方式，对于实际保证传出设备的科学化运用等起着非常重要的意义。整体上而言，如果传输设备在运行使用的过程中，具有非常好的应用性能，那么将会对网络商的日常运营工作形成强有力的支撑。……
