摘要： 教学团队建设是示范高职再建设的核心组成部分，是示范高职适应新时代要求的根本保证。本文在梳理示范高职院校建设成效的基础上，结合新时期国家对职业教育发展的指导意见，深入分析了示范高职院校在教学团队建设方面存在的主要问题，并提出了具体的对策建议。

Abstract： The construction of teaching team is the core part of the reconstruction of demonstration higher vocational colleges， and it is the fundamental guarantee for the demonstration higher vocational colleges to meet the requirements of the new era. On the basis of combing the results of the construction of demonstration higher vocational colleges and combining the guiding opinions of the state for the development of vocational education in the new period， this paper analyzes in depth the main problems in the teaching team construction of the demonstration higher vocational colleges and proposes specific countermeasures and suggestions.

1 示范性职业技术学院教学队伍建设的主要成效

示范建设启动初期和建设早期，国家教育部从顶层制度设计的角度提出了“加强专兼结合的教学团队建设”的战略目标，并明确了专职教师培养要求和兼职教师的管理机制。专职教师主要是从加强职业技能和实践教学能力方向进行培养，如要增加专业教师中具有企业工作经历的教师比例、安排专业教师到企业顶岗实践等。关于兼职教师方面，提出要“大量聘请行业企业的专业人才和能工巧匠到学校担任兼职教师，逐步加大兼职教师的比例，逐步形成实践技能课程主要由具有相应高技能水平的兼职教师讲授的机制”（见高教【2006】 16号文件）。在这些文件精神的指导下，示范高职院校教学队伍建设取得了较为喜人的成绩。

1.1 双师型教学团队建设成效显著

1.1.1 兼职教师比例大幅提升，形成双师结构教学团队 根据对2009年首批示范高职的验收报告不完全统计，大部分的示范职业院校聘请行业、企业专家和技术能手参加高职教育方向取得了突破性的成就，兼职教师在全体教师中的比例大幅提升，基本完成了双师结构教学团队的建设任务。……
