摘要：近年来，我国社会经济不断发展的同时环境污染产生的问题也日益凸显。本文从环保污染源控制角度出发，对环保污染源在线自动监测监控管理展开研究，以期为提升环保污染源监测监控的水平，强化环境保护的效果提供理论依据。

Abstract： In recent years， with the continuous development of Chinas social economy， the overall national strength has been continuously improved and peoples living standards have been continuously improved. At the same time， the problems caused by environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent. Under this background， this paper starts from the perspective of environmental pollution control and conducts on-line monitoring and management of environmental pollution sources online. The main purpose of this research is to promote environmental pollution sources. Monitor the level of monitoring and improve the effectiveness of environmental protection and make a contribution to it.

环保污染源在线自动监测监控系统主要是利用数据传输、计算机技术以及传感技术等综合技术实现对环保污染源的监测和监控。随着社会经济不断发展，对于环保污染源在线自动监测监控管理提出了更高的要求。因此，本文主要针对环保污染源在线自动监测监控管理展开研究，对提升污染源监测监控的水平，促进环保事业的发展具有重要的意义。

1 在线自动监测监控部门组成概述

在线自动监测监控部门主要有三个组成部分：其一，环境监测机构，主要是对环境进行初步的监测，并将监测的结果以数据的形式传递给环境监察机构。其二，环境监察机构，主要是对环境监测机构传递的环境数据进行分析，对各个公司的环境管理审查，并结合相应对检测结果进行分析。其三，运营公司，主要是根据国家有关的法律和对应合理管理自己的公司，并对相关的检测设备进行维护和管理，秉承检测部门的指示进行相应的管理安排[1]。

2 环保污染源在线自动监测监控管理的优势

环保污染源在线自动检测监控管理模式可分为两方面，一方面是以监测为主，另一方面以监察为主，两种模式存在不同的意义，并且各有所长。……
