[摘要] 为提升药学服务质量，更加高效安全地为患者服务，本文基于河南省洛阳正骨医院（河南省骨科医院）的实践研究，通过“互联网+药学服务”的模式创新骨伤科医院药学服务。运用移动互联网技术，结合骨科药学服务特点，以手机应用软件为主导，该软件可搭载在各类智能移动终端上，包含移动电子化药品处方集、智能化用药提醒、交互式药物咨询、O2O用药教育、康复3D模型及视频库等功能模块。该模式的实践应用为药学服务模式的转变提供了思路和方法，同时降低了错误用药引起的不良反应，加强了患者与医院的沟通，大大提高了患者的满意度。

[Abstract] For providing the better quality of pharmaceutical care， the more efficient and safe service for patients.Based on the practice of He′nan Luoyang Orthopedic-Traumatological Hospital （He′nan Orthopedic Hospital）， through the “internet + pharmaceutical” service mode， this paper innovates the orthopedics hospital pharmacy services. This software uses mobile internet technology， combined with the characteristics of orthopaedic pharmaceutical service， and is dominated by mobile application， which can be carried on various intelligent mobile terminals. It contains several functional modules such as drug prescription set， medication reminder， drug consultation， medication education， rehabilitation 3D model and so on. The practice and application of this model provide ideas and methods for the transformation of pharmaceutical care mode. At the same time， it reduces the adverse reactions caused by incorrect medication， strengthens communication between patients and hospitals， and greatly improves the satisfaction degree of patients.

《醫疗机构药事管理规定》中明确指出医疗机构应以患者为中心，以临床药学为基础，对临床用药全过程进行有效的组织实施与管理，促进临床科学、合理用药的药学技术服务和相关的药品管理工作[1]。这表明药学服务模式已从传统的“药品保障供应型”转变为“以患者为中心”。自十二届全国人大三次会议上李克强总理提出将“互联网+”行动计划作为国家发展战略起[2]，相关建议、激励措施相继出炉，探索新型健康服务模式成为了建设健康中国的一项重要任务。其中，药学服务是卫生医疗事业重要的组成部分。如何将“互联网+”与药学服务有效结合是今后药学服务事业亟待研究的重要课题。……
