【摘 要】近年来，随着互联网技术与信息技术的蓬勃发展，面向知识管理的党校档案管理创新已成必然的发展趋势。基于此，论文首先阐述了党校档案管理面向知识管理创新的重要意义，其次提出了党校档案管理面向知识管理创新过程中所面临的面向知识化管理水平低等问题，提出了党校档案管理面向知识管理创新的相应对策。为了使党校档案管理创新面向知识进行全面发展，加强对管理人员的专业素养与技能的提升与管理体系的完善十分重要。

【Abstract】In recent years， with the vigorous development of internet technology and information technology， the innovation of party school archives management oriented to knowledge management has become an inevitable development trend. Based on this， this paper firstly expounds the important significance of the innovation of the party school archives management oriented to knowledge management， then analyzes some problems， such as the low level of the knowledge oriented management in the process of the party school archives management facing the knowledge management innovation， puts forward the corresponding countermeasures of the party school archives management facing the knowledge management innovation. In order to make the party school archives management innovation oriented to the comprehensive development of knowledge， it is very important to strengthen the promotion of the management staff's professional accomplishment and skill and the perfection of the management system.

1 引言

档案管理作为党校工作的重要组成部分，其主要包含文书上的往来、学员学习生活、教学科研工作以及建校历史等真实记录。党校档案管理的创新不但关系着党校的自身发展，而且对于国家的整体发展也具有重要影响。为了使党校档案管理能够面向知识化管理，此次课题的研究不仅对党校档案管理面向知识化理念具有理论性意义，对党校创新发展具有实际性对策。随着时代的发展，实行党校档案知识化管理不仅是对档案管理工作进行优化的基本要素，同时也是顺应时代发展的必然方向。

2 党校档案管理面向知识管理创新的重要意义

在新时代背景下，党校档案管理面向知识的管理创新，对促进党校的持续发展，提升党校科研工作和教学的知识化水平具有深远影响。主要表现在以下几点，一是加强党校管理，利用互联网技术，提高科研教学工作中档案知识化管理的效率。……
