【摘 要】随着我国市场经济体制不断成熟，对市场行为的有效监管是当前社会高度关注的课题，工商管理作为一门辅助企业管理与制订决策的重要学科，在当前经济高速发展的社会环境下，具有重要的现实意义。论文简述了工商管理的基本含义，并阐述了工商管理在经济发展中发挥的有效职能，对工商管理促进经济发展的作用加以分析，并指出了工商管理与经济发展之间的互动关系。

【Abstract】With the development of market economy system in China， the effective supervision of market behavior is a highly concerned topic in our society. As an important discipline to assist enterprises to manage and make decisions， business administration is an important subject. In the current social environment of rapid economic development， it has important practical significance. This paper briefly describes the basic meaning of industrial and commercial management， and expounds the effective function of industrial and commercial management in economic development. Then it analyzes the role of business administration in promoting economic development and pointing out the interactive relationship between business administration and economic development.

1 引言

截至2017年，我国GDP总量已经突破80万亿元人民币，牢牢占据着世界第二大经济体的位置，且保留着世界上潜力最大的商品市场，面对高速发展的中国社会，对市场环境及企业行为的有效监管，将直接关系到经济发展质量与可控性。工商管理作为一门研究企业市场行为及经营战略的学科，在经济发展中所发挥的作用愈发受到人们的重视，通过研究工商管理与经济发展之间的互动关系，对合理调控市场行为，促进经济又好又快发展具有重要意义。

2 工商管理在市场环境中发挥的基本作用

工商管理在经济发展中发挥的基本职能体现在三个方面，首先是行政单位的工商管理部门在市场监管中具有一定的执行力度，能够有效规范市场行为，控制企业市场准入情况，其执法行为是政府宏观调控的重要组成部分，因此工商管理部门的执法水平与质量，关系到市场环境的可控性，对促进经济平稳运行具有重要的调节作用；……
