[摘要]目的：探讨锯齿线皮下埋置递进式提升术矫正中、下面部松弛的臨床效果。方法：应用锯齿线将下面部松弛下垂组织自下而上向上提拉并固定于悬吊点处，再应用锯齿线将悬吊点处雍堆组织再次向上提拉至固定点处，最终达到提升松弛下垂组织的目的。结果：本组就医者共50例，术后回访时长平均约13.5个月，所有面部松弛下垂就医者的情况均得到明显改善，无血肿、神经损伤等严重并发症发生。结论：应用微创法将下面部松弛下垂组织固定于悬吊点，再应用锯齿线将悬吊点组织递进式提拉，可以明显改善面部松垂情况，达到面部组织提升目的。

Clinical Observation of the Double-step Facial Lifting with the Zigzag Suture for Correction of the Lower and Middle Facial Relaxation

Abstract： Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the double-step facial lifting with the zigzag suture to correct the lower and middle facial relaxation. Methods The lower part of the sagging tissue was fixed at the suspension point by the zigzag suture， and then lifted the tissue at the suspension point to the fixation point. The aim of lifting sagging tissue is achieved. Results 50 patients were followed up for 13.5 months after surgery. All the cases of facial drooping and drooping patients were obviously improved， and no hematoma， nerve injury and other serious complications occurred. Conclusion The double-step lifting method can effectively improve the relaxation of the facial skin， and can achieve the purpose of facial rejuvenation.

近年来，锯齿线皮下埋置提升相较于传统除皱术由于其治疗时间短、创伤小、恢复快等优点被越来越多的应用于面部松弛下垂的治疗[1-2]。临床治疗中发现传统的锯齿线埋置进针点偏低[3]，导致下面部松弛组织在提升过程中堆积于中面部，导致中面部宽平状态。尽管此方法解决了面部松弛下垂状况，但是并没有完全达到就医者的变美目的。自2015年10月-2017年8月，笔者科室应用锯齿线皮下埋置矫正50例就医者，获得满意效果，且治疗过程中发现对面部松弛下垂组织行递进式提升，并将多余松弛组织折叠于颞部发际内隐蔽位置，既矫正了面部松弛下垂，又避免了松弛组织堆积于中面部的问题，现报道如下。……
