摘 要：随着医学高职教育的改革，“理实一体化”教学提出并应用于不同的学科专业，尤其是护理专业。通过实践应用理实一体能提高学生的主动参与度，提升综合能力。对于教师而言则有利于双师队伍的建设，提高教学质量，应用效果得到肯定，但是在实施的过程中存在很多问题，需要进一步探究。

Study on the Application of the Teaching Mode of "Integration of Theory and Practice" in Nursing Specialty of Medical Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：With the reform of medical higher vocational education，the teaching of "Integration of Theory and Practice" is put forward and applied to different disciplines， especially nursing specialty.Through practical application，the integration of theory and practice can improve students' active participation and improve their comprehensive ability.For teachers，it is beneficial to the construction of double-teacher team，improving the teaching quality，and the application effect is affirmed.However，there are many problems in the process of implementation，which need to be further explored.

近年來，随着我国经济的发展和高职教育改革的不断深入，对教学改革的呼声越来越高，我校正在努力实现教育现代化，提高学生的综合素质，以培养满足职业需要的高素质、技能型人才[1]。护理专业是医学职业院校的主力军，在中国护理教育事业发展规划纲要（2011～2015）指出，“十二五”期间将进一步加快护理教育的改革与发展，在岗位需求的引导下，大力培养临床高端技能型人才，注重护理实践技能的提高。在此背景下，各地高职院校的教学改革正在如火如荼的进行，而传统的教学模式已经不能满足护理职业教育的需求，一些新的教学模式逐渐被提出，如翻转课堂[2]、MOOC平台[3]，而“理实一体化”的教学模式也应运而生。本文将对“理实一体化”的应用效果进行研究。

1 “理实一体化”教学模式的历史发展

“一体化”[4]一词英文为“Integration”，最早出现在20 世纪40年代末的西欧，70 年代以后，一体化的概念逐渐明确和规范起来。美国国际问题专家卡尔·多伊奇给“一体化”下了这样一个定义：“一体化通常意味着由部分组成整体，即将原来相互分离的单位转变成为一个紧密系统的复合体”。……
