[摘要] 随着现代医学技术的迅猛发展，基因检测技术的应用逐步推广，在临床上使用基因检测技术越来越常见，而应用于生育选择的基因检测技术带来的伦理问题也日益凸显。①基因检测技术对生育数量的影响;②对婴儿生活质量的影响;③对准父母和婴儿自身权利的思考。为此，要推动基因检测技术临床应用和产业化的良性发展，必须不断完善相关法律法规，建立独立的伦理审查机制、切实加强医学伦理的教育和宣传。

[Abstract] With the rapid development of modern medical technology， the application of genetic testing technology has been gradually promoted. It is more and more common to use genetic testing technology in clinical practice， and the ethical problems brought by genetic testing technology applied to fertility selection have become increasingly prominent. 1.the impact of genetic testing technology on the number of births. 2.the impact on the quality of life of infants， thirdly， reflect on the rights of parents and infants. 3.in order to promote the benign development of clinical application and industrialization of genetic testing technology， it is necessary to continuously improve relevant laws and regulations， establish an independent ethical review mechanism， and effectively strengthen the education and publicity of medical ethics.

基因技术的迅猛发展及其在人类生殖繁衍领域的应用，即从最基本的家族族谱分析到最精密的PGD（移植前基因诊断）诊断，它对满足准父母所展现出来的愿景和责任已经达到前所未有的高度[1]。正因为基因检测技术能够给人类繁衍领域带来如此巨大的变革，我们需要对基于基因检测技术上的生育选择所产生的伦理问题进行反思。

1  基因检测技术及其在我国临床中的应用现状

1.1  基因检测技术

所谓基因检测技术就是通过被检测对象的血液、体液或者是细胞对基因进行检测的技术[2]。当前我国基因检测技术主要应用在致病基因携带者筛选、胚胎植入前遺传学诊断、食品物种基因判定、犯罪及血缘关系身份认定等领域[3]。基因检测技术的特点主要体现在：①基因检测技术在遗传学检测中的应用较为广泛，包括对胎儿遗传性疾病的检测、婴儿遗传疾病的诊断等等，借助基因检测技术能够准确诊断出1 000多种遗传性疾病。……
