[摘要] 新时期背景下，也对医院药学工作者提出更高要求，而处方点评是其必须要承担的重要任务之一，目前，很多的三级医院都已经开展了处方点评工作，但对于基层社区医院而言，其在这一方面还存在一些缺陷和弊端，如何有效开展处方点评工作，并确保用药的合理性，应引起社区医院的高度重视，该文主要对社区医院处方点评工作的相关问题进行了探讨和研究。

[Abstract] In the context of the new era， hospital pharmacy workers are also required to make higher demands， and prescription reviews are one of the important tasks that must be undertaken. At present， many tertiary hospitals have already carried out prescription review work， but for the grassroots in terms of community hospitals， there are still some shortcomings and drawbacks in this aspect. How to effectively carry out prescription review work and ensure the rationality of medication should be highly valued by community hospitals. This paper mainly deals with the problems of community hospital prescription review work， which is worth investigation and research.

随着我国医疗卫生改革工作的不断深入，也对医院药学工作者提出更高要求。通过处方点评工作的开展，能够对药师调剂和医师处方工作行为进行规范，提升处方质量，促进用药的合理性，为患者的用药权利提供保障，故该工作的开展至关重要。但纵观当前的社区医院处方点评工作现状，发现还存在较多缺陷和不足，不合理用药现象比比皆是，因此也对该工作质量产生了直接影响。

1  规范设置处方点评机构，加强管理，确保处方点评不流于形式

对处方组织点评机构加以完善：正常情况下，医院在开展处方点评工作的过程中，一般均是由药剂科和医务科共同负责实施，由专门的调剂药师负责具体的处方点评工作，并结合相关处方点评管理规范，展开人员的教育与培训工作[1]。

人员与经费：受到各种因素的影响，对于医院药房而言，其主要工作目標是保证药品供应正常，处方调配科学，并无直接的经济效益，加之药房工作量相对较大，因此，一定要在经费和人员方面做好充分准备。……
