【摘 要】龙府铁路北起龙马铁路专用线龙口站，南连神瓦铁路郝家寨站（沟通瓦日铁路），为准格尔基地煤炭、陕北基地煤炭等外运的南下新通道。本文结合项目功能定位、预测货物运量、流向及区域路网概况，分别从路网规划、城市规划、矿产资源分布情况、工程地质、环境保护以及安全等方面浅析本线的选线思路和原则，并通过方案综合比选得出最佳的线路方案。

Research on Route Scheme of New Longkou to Fugu Railway

【Abstract】The Longfu Railway north of the Longma Railway dedicated to Longkou Station and the south to the Shenwa Railway Haojiazhai Station （communicating Wajri Railway） is a new southbound passage for the Zhungeer Base Coal and the Northern Shaanxi Coal. This article combines the function positioning of the project， forecasts cargo traffic volume， direction of flow and regional road network profile， analyzes the route selection line of this line from road network planning， urban planning， distribution of mineral resources， engineering geology， environmental protection and safety. Principles， and through the program to compare and choose the best route program.

1 項目概况

新建龙口至府谷地方铁路工程（以下简称“龙府铁路”）位于内蒙古自治区准格尔旗龙口镇及陕西省府谷县境内，线路北起拟建龙马铁路专用线龙口站，南接规划神瓦铁路郝家寨站，线路建筑长度78.9km。

该通道是龙口集运站煤炭外运系统的重要组成部分，是保障集运站煤炭外运的有力支撑，将为华中、华东等能源调入区域提供运输保障，是满足区域经济持续快速发展的坚强后盾，是准格尔基地煤炭外运、陕北基地煤炭外运的南下新通道，将为我国国民经济发展具有重要的能源安全保障作用。本项目的实施，将成为区域煤炭外运连接山西中南部铁路的新通道，形成通达河南、华东及山东沿海港口的煤运通道。同时，项目衔接瓦日等铁路干线，强化了区域路网结构，增强了区域路网的灵活性、机动性，路网意义显著，纽带作用突出。
