【摘 要】改革開放以来尤其在我国加入WTO以后，国家总体经济水平不断提高，人民的生活质量也有所改善，同时大部分一线城市居民正追求高质量的生活，这就需要雄厚的物质基础来满足人民的生活水平。随着时代的不断发展，我国各方面的发展都在不断进步，进入到二十一世纪以后，我国的信息化技术突飞猛进，制造出很多技术领先的产品。科学一词在不同的时代会赋予它不同的含义，从第一次科技革命到第三次科技革命，随着时代的不断进步，创新的科学技术也不断提高，科技作为国家的第一生产力当然很重要。第三次科技革命的到来，使得很多新型技术逐渐的创造发掘出来，在第三次科技革命大潮下，我国紧跟步伐，不断的进行学习并且在此基础上进行创造、创新。目前国内对现代机械制造工艺与精密加工技术的研究还没有到了成熟的地步，因此还需要不断的技术改善，不断提升其的质量，让其在更多行业的生产中进行应用，推动我国的经济发展更近一步。
