[摘要] 目的 研究氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片对于高血压合并冠心病的临床治疗效果。方法 方便选取2015年5月—2017年5月于该院进行治疗的80例高血压合并冠心病患者作为研究对象，对该80例的病历资料进行回顾性分析，按照治疗方式的不同，将患者分成两组，每组40例，一组采用阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗，为对照组，另一組采用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗，为研究组，对比分析两组患者高血压治疗效果、心率改善情况以及并发症情况。结果 对照组的心率改善有效率为92.5%（37例），观察组的心率改善有效率为95.0%（38例），两组患者的心率改善有效率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；对照组的高血压治疗有效率为72.5%（29例），观察组的高血压治疗有效率为90.0%（36例），观察组的高血压治疗有效率高于对照组（P<0.05）；对照组并发症发生率为25.0%（10例），观察组并发症发生率为7.5%（3例），观察组并发症发生率低于对照组（P<0.06）。结论 氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果优于单独采用阿托伐他汀钙片，其治疗的安全性更好，可以降低并发症的发生率，治疗有效率高，可以在临床治疗中进行推广使用。

Clinical Effect of Amlodipine Atorvastatin Calcium Tablet in Treating Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to study the amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablet to the clinical treatment effect of hypertension with coronary heart disease. Methods Eighty patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease who were treated in this hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were convenient selected as the research object. The medical records of the 80 patients were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods， the patients were divided into two groups， 40 cases in each group， one group treated with atorvastatin calcium， as the control group， the other group treated with amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets for the study group， comparative analysis of two groups of hypertension treatment， heart rate improvement and complications. Results In the control group， the improvement rate of heart rate was 92.5% （37 cases）， and the observation groups heart rate improvement efficiency was 95.0% （38 cases）. The improvement rate of heart rate in the two groups was not statistically significant（P>0.05）. The effective rate of hypertension treatment was 72.5% （29 cases） in the observation group and 90.0% （36 cases） in the observation group. The effective rate of hypertension treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group（P<0.05）. The incidence of complications was 25.0% （10 cases）. The complication rate in observation group was 7.5% （3 cases）. The complication rate in observation group was lower than that in control group （P<0.06）. Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension with coronary heart disease is better than single use atorvastatin calcium tablet， its security is better， which can reduce the incidence of complications， with high treatment efficiency， can be used widely in clinical treatment.

高血压与冠心病是临床治疗中比较常见的两种疾病，发病率比较高，尤其以老年患者居多[1]。早期对于该疾病的治疗，一般采用保守的药物治疗方式，该研究方便选取了2015年5月—2017年5月于该院进行治疗的80例高血压合并冠心病患者进行研究，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
