[摘要] 目的 探讨预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果。方法 从该院在2016年6月—2017年6月期间诊治的需要进行口腔修复的患者当中方便选取114例作为观察对象，对患者进行编号，1～114号，其中奇数号为对照组，给予金属桩口腔修复，偶数号为观察组，给予预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩口腔修复（预成纤维桩27例，可塑纤维桩30例），对比两组口腔修复的临床效果。结果 对照组每颗纤维桩所需时间为（112.35±13.53）min，观察组所需时间为（68.57±11.21）min，由此可见，两组对比差异有统计学意义（t=11.234 2；P<0.05）；观察组治疗的成功率为96.49%，满意度为94.74%，而对照组治疗的成功率为82.46%，满意度为77.19%，两组对比差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中可以取得良好的效果，显著减轻了患者的痛苦，提高了患者的满意度，值得临床推广。

Clinical Analysis of Prefabricated Piles or Plastic Fiber Piles in Oral Rehabilitation

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the clinical effect of preformed in oral cavity repair the fiber pile or plasticity fiber piles. Methods 114 patients who needed oral rehabilitation in this hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were convenient selected as the observation object， according to the patient admission number， No.1-114， odd number for the control group， to give the metal pile oral repair， even number for the observation group， giving prefabricated fiber posts or plastic fiber posts oral repair （preformed fiber posts 27 cases， plastic fiber posts 30 cases）， compared the clinical effect of two groups of oral repair. Results The time required for each fiber pile in the control group was （112.35±13.53）min and that in the observation group was（68.57±11.21）min， and the difference between the two groups was statistically significan（t=11.234 2； P<0.05）. The success rate of the observation group was 96.49%， the satisfaction rate was 94.74%， while the success rate of the control group was 82.46%， the satisfaction rate was 77.19%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Preformed fiber posts or plastic fiber posts in the oral repair can achieve good results， significantly reducing the patients pain and improve patient satisfaction， which is worth clinical promotion.

近年來，随着社会经济水平的不断提高，人们的生活水平得到很大的提升，对口腔健康的重视程度逐渐提高，推动了口腔修复技术的发展。目前，口腔修复的方法包括很多，只有选择好的修复方法才能确保口腔修复的效果，提高患者的满意度[1-3]。因此，寻求最佳的口腔修复方案至关重要。该文方便选取该院在2016年6月—2017年6月期间诊治的需要进行口腔修复的114例患者作为研究对象进行分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

资料来源于方便选取该院诊治的需要进行口腔修复的患者，共114例，对患者进行编号，1～114号，其中奇数号为对照组，给予金属桩口腔修复，男性30例，女性27例，年龄21～59岁，平均（42.25±8.24）岁；偶数号为观察组，给予预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩口腔修复（预成纤维桩27例，可塑纤维桩30例），男性和女性分别是32例和25例，年龄22～60岁，平均（41.57±8.53）岁。……
