【摘 要】目的：研究处方点评对中药调配差错及其对策的影响。方法：筛选出本中心门诊2017年1月～2017年6月期间未实施处方开具点评前开具的中药饮片处方950张作为研究对象，将其设置为對照组；筛选出本中心门诊2017年7月～2017年12月期间实施处方开具点评后的中药饮片处方950张作为研究对象，将其设置为观察组。统计两组处方中不同调配差错类型率，并进行比较。结果：观察组不同调配差错发生率明显低于对照组，（p<0.05） 结论：经处方点评后中药饮片处方调配差错发生率明显降低，保证了患者的用药安，且能有效降低医患纠纷。

Abstract Objective： To study the impact of prescription reviews on errors in the allocation of traditional Chinese medicine and its countermeasures. Methods ： A total of 950 prescriptions prescribing pre-prescriptions issued by our outpatient clinic between January 2017 and June 2017 were screened out as the control subjects and selected as control group. 950 prescriptions issued after the implementation of the prescription review during the period from July 2017 to December 2017 were set as the observation group. The rates of different types of mismatches in prescriptions were calculated and compared. Results： The incidence of different deployment errors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （p<0.05）. Conclusion： After the prescription comments significantly reduced the incidence of errors in the allocation of traditional Chinese medicine to ensure the safety of patients with medication and can effectively reduce doctor-patient disputes.

药品是预防和治疗疾病的特殊物品，在医疗服务中占有不可或缺的地位；药品调配是指药师按照医师处方为患者配药发药的过程，是医院药学工作的重要环节[1]。中药房是每个医院必须设立的科室，中药是中国传统中医特有的药物，是以中医药理论为指导，有着独特的理论体系和应用形式，具有预防疾病、治疗疾病和养生保健的作用，是临床治疗中广泛使用的治疗手段。因此，防止中药调配差错，提高中药的用药安全，是所有中药师必须重视的问题，本研究通过对中药饮片调配差错发生环节进行分析，并提出相应对策，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
