【摘 要】目的：分析对急性上消化道出血患者实施综合护理在临床上的应用效果。方法：以在我院接受治疗的100例急性消化道出血患者为研究对象，随机的将其分为对照组与临床观察组，每组各有患者50例，对于对照组患者我院对其实施常规护理，而对于在临床观察组我们对其进行综合护理。经过一段时间之后对两组患者的护理效果进行比较。结果：观察组出现二次出血的病例和并发症明显少于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）、治疗总有效率、住院时间、止血时间明显优于对照组，差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：对急性上消化道出血患者实施综合护理有助于患者的身体恢复，减少并发症，值得推广。

Abstract Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing on patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods ： As in our hospital for treatment of 100 cases of acute gastrointestinal bleeding patients as the research object， randomly divided into control group and clinical observation group， 50 patients in each group， the control group patients in our hospital on the implementation of routine nursing care， while the observation group in clinical comprehensive nursing care on the us. After a period of time， the nursing effect of the two groups of patients was compared.Results： The two cases of bleeding and complications in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group. The difference was significant （P<0.05）， the total effective rate of treatment， hospitalization time and hemostasis time were significantly better than those in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Comprehensive nursing care for patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding can help the recovery of the patient's body and reduce the complications. It is worth popularizing.

临床上医护人员将患者食管、胃以及十二指肠等部位出现突发性出血的症状统称为急性上消化道出血。一旦发病就会导致患者血液迅速流失，严重者往往会出现休克甚至死亡，因此急性上消化道出血严重危及患者的生命安全[1]。在患者住院后一旦经确诊为上消化道出血，应该立即对其治疗。此外，科学的系统的护理也是对患者康复出院的关键因素。本研究的主要目的就是探讨对急性上消化道出血患者实施综合护理在临床上的应用效果。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 以2016年3月至2017年9月这十八月内在我院接受治疗的100例急性消化道出血患者为研究对象，将其进行随机分照，组别为对照组与临床观察组，每一组各有患者各50例，其中对照组中男性患者23例，女性患者27例；年龄在24～67岁之间，平均年龄39.4.±3 52岁。在临床观察组中有男性患者26例，女性患者24例，年龄在24～66歲之间，平均年龄37.6±4.3岁.经比较两组患者的各项身体参均无明显差异。……
