【摘 要】目的：研究与分析针药结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果。方法：随机选取自2015年11月-2017年11月来我院进行治疗的患有糖尿病周围神经病变的患者80例，随后采取随机数字法将患者分为两组，即针灸治疗组与针药治疗组，每组各40例。其中针灸治疗组患者采取常规针灸治疗，而针药治疗组患者在采取针灸治疗的基础上，联合使用中医药物治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果以及神经传导速度的改善情况。结果：两组患者经过治疗后，患者的治疗效果显著以及神经传导速度的改善情况均有所改善，但是针药治疗组患者的治疗效果显著优于针灸治疗组，具有统计学意义（p<0.05），且针药治疗组患者的神经传导速度的改善情况显著优于针灸治疗组，具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：针药结合治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的临床效果显著，值得进一步推广与使用。

Abstract Objective：To to study and analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. From November 2015 to November 2017， 80 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly selected. Then the patients were randomly divided into two Methods ： acupuncture treatment group and acupuncture and medicine treatment group， 40 cases in each group， among which the patients in acupuncture and moxibustion treatment group were treated with routine acupuncture and moxibustion. On the basis of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment the therapeutic effect and the improvement of nerve conduction velocity of the two groups were observed.Results： after two groups of patients were treated， the effect of treatment and the improvement of nerve conduction velocity were improved， but the effect of acupuncture and medicine treatment group was significantly better than that of acupuncture treatment group. It has statistical significance （P < 0.05）， and the improvement of nerve conduction velocity in acupuncture and medicine treatment group is better than that in acupuncture treatment group， which has statistical significance （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the clinical effect of acupuncture and medicine combined therapy on diabetic peripheral neuropathy is remarkable. It is worth further popularizing and using.

糖尿病周围神经病变是指患者在排除其他因素等情况下，糖尿病患者出现了周围神经病变的情况。该疾病的主要发病人群为糖尿病患者，临床表现为麻木、疼痛以及出汗等，一般是由于糖尿病患者代谢紊乱导致的。对于这种疾病采取西医药物治疗的疗效并不显著，而采取中医药物治疗联合针灸治疗，效果显著。本院自2015年11月对来我院进行治疗的患有糖尿病周围神经病变的患者采取针灸联合中医药物治疗，效果显著。现总结如下：

1 资料与方法
