【摘 要】目的：分析优质护理干预在宫外孕保守治疗中的应用价值。方法：按照随机选取法抽取于我院接受保守治疗的宫外孕患者85例，按照数字奇偶法分为观察和对照两组，观察组43例患者治疗期间结合优质护理干预，对照组42例患者治疗期间结合常规护理。结果：观察组护理满意率95.35%高于对照组护理满意度率73.81%，观察组患者护理后SAS评分、SDS评分较对照组降低显著，生活质量较对照组改善明显，数据差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：宫外孕患者经保守治疗期间结合优质护理干预，能减轻患者心理负担，提高患者护理满意度，效果显著。

Abstract Objective：To analyze the application value of high quality nursing intervention in the conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods ： According to random selection method， 85 cases of ectopic pregnancy received conservative treatment in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the digital parity method. 43 cases in the observation group were combined with high quality nursing intervention during the treatment， while 42 patients in the control group were treated with conventional nursing during treatment. Results：The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.35% higher than that in the control group， the nursing satisfaction rate was 73.81%. The SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group， and the quality of life in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The patients with ectopic pregnancy combined with high quality nursing intervention during the conservative treatment can reduce the patient's psychological burden and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction， and the effect is remarkable.

宫外孕是临床妇产科常见的异常妊娠情况，多是指孕卵在子宫腔外着床，多见输卵管妊娠[1]。宫外孕属于急腹症，若未得到及时有效治疗甚至会危及患者生命安全。外科手术是治疗宫外孕患者的常用方法，外科手术会给患者带来创伤，患者心理压力大。与外科手术相比，保守疗法会减少患者创伤，但长期疗效欠佳，因此保守治疗患者需配合相应护理干预，改善患者预后。本文就分析宫外孕保守治疗患者中优质护理干预应用效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料 按照随机选取法抽取2016年1月至2017年12月期间于我院接受保守治疗的宫外孕患者85例；患者经临床症状、体征、实验室指标、生化指标、影像学技术诊断，均为宫外孕；患者意识清晰、精神正常；患者心肝肾功能正常；未合并严重多种脏器疾病；患者对本次研究知情，并自愿签署了知情同意书；……
