【摘 要】目的： 探讨分析药品分类管理对医院药剂科的影响.方法：选择我院在2015年3月至2017年3月份一年期间药剂科常用的药物作为研究对象，共纳入200種常见药物，按照药品使用时间界限分为观察组（ 100种）和对照组（100种），分别接受分类管理制度和常规管理制度，比较效果。结果：在2015.3至2016.3期间未接受药品分类管理的对照组药品不良使用情况，如适应症不当、剂量不合理等现象均高于2016.3至2017.3接受药品分类管理后的观察组，与对照组相比差异具有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论：在医院药剂科日常工作和管理的过程中采用药品分类管理方法可以使药品使用的安全性和合理性得到保障，为药剂科的发展奠定坚实的基础。

Abstract Objective：To explore the influence of drug classification management on the pharmacy department in our hospital.Methods The drugs commonly used in the pharmacy department from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected as research objects and 200 common drugs were included， According to the drug use time limit is divided into observation group （100 species） and control group （100 species）， respectively， to accept the classification management system and the conventional management system， more effective. Results： In the period of 2015.3 to 2016.3， the adverse drug use of the control group not receiving the drug classification management， such as improper indications， unreasonable dosage and so on， were all higher than that of the observation group after the administration of drug classification from March 2016 to 2017.3， compared with the control group With statistical difference （P<0.05）. Conclusion： The method of drug classification management in the routine work and management of pharmacy department in hospitals can ensure the safety and rationality of drug use and lay a solid foundation for the development of pharmacy department.

当前国际上所采用的普遍且行之有效的方法就是药品分类管理法，主要是将药品的有效性和安全性原则作为基础，再结合药品的剂量、适应症、品种、规格等进行分类[1]。我国在见过之后对精神药品、麻醉药品、戒毒药品等都实行了分类管理，之后又进行非处方和处方药的分类管理，尽最大限度减少不合理用药现象的发生[2]。医院也需要积极顺应这一发展趋势，对药剂科的管理制度进行改革。本次将结合我院药剂科药品分类管理的发展现状，分析其对药剂科发展的具体效果。具体如下：

1 资料和方法

1.1 临床资料 所纳入的研究对象为我院于2015.3至2017.3期间药剂科常见的200种药物。按照药品使用时间界限，即是否使用药品分类管理方法，以其为基础分为两组。观察组药品共计100种，是2016.3至2017.3期间使用的药物，包含心血管药物20，抗生素药物23，矿物类药物7，消化系统药物12，呼吸系统药物15，激素类药物6，其他17。……
