【摘 要】目的：在普外科中实施护理风险管理的应用价值分析。方法：选取本院收治的120例患者作为本次的研究对象，将其依据信封式随机分组为对照组、观察组，各60例，对照组行常规护理措施，观察组在对照组的基础上行护理风险管理措施，并将2组患者经相应护理干预的护患纠纷率、护理风险事件发生率、护理满意度情况及生活质量情况进行对比。结果：观察组患者经护理风险管理方案干预的护患纠纷率、护理风险事件发生率均为3.33%，显著低于对照组。结论：在普外科中实施护理风险管理的应用价值显著。

Abstract Objective： to carry out the application value analysis of nursing risk management in general surgery. Selection Methods： of 120 patients admitted in our hospital as the research object， based on the envelope it randomly grouped into control group and observation group， 60 cases， control group routine nursing measures， observation group based uplink nursing risk management measures in the control group， and the corresponding nursing intervention will be 2 groups of patients the incidence of disputes rate of nurses and patients and nursing risk events， nursing satisfaction and quality of life. Results： the incidence rate of nursing risk and nursing risk in the observation group were 3.33%， which was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion： the application of nursing risk management in general surgery is significant.

引言

随着人们生活水平的不断提高，法律意识的逐渐增强，其对于医疗护理的要求亦呈不断提高趋势，进而致使护患纠纷率提高，不仅对于医院的日常管理工作产生影响，亦影响了医院的形象[1]。由于普外科为急症多，病情复杂的科室，故使得护理的风险提高，如不予以及时、有效的处理，不仅导致护患纠纷，还危及患者生命安全，因此对在普外科实施护理风险管理具有重大的临床意义[2]。本研究为探讨在普外科中实施护理风险管理的应用价值，回顾性分析2016年7月至2017年6月期间收治的120例普外科患者作为本次的研究对象，对其实施不同护理管理方案的效果进行对比、分析，具体报告如下：
