【摘 要】目的：探讨药事管理在医院药剂科工作中的重要作用。方法：回顾性分析于2016年4月至2017年4月期间在我院治疗的23738例患者作为本次研究对象，按照患者的入院先后顺序将前半年的患者作为对照组，将后半年的患者作为研究组。对照组患者治疗期间药剂科的工作管理人员工作开展模式为常规模式，研究组患者治疗期间的药剂科工作人员工作开展模式为药事管理模式。对比分析两组患者的临床管理工作开展用药不合理、开药错误等情况的发生率，并利用本院自制的满意度调查表，对抽取的100例患者用药满意度展开调查研究。结果：通过对两组患者行不同的药物管理，对照组患者的用户不合理处方发生率以及摆药差错率的发生相较研究组明显较多，两组对比存在明显差异（p<0.05）；对照组患者的对药物管理工作满意程度相较观察组满意程度明显较差，两组存在显著差异（P<0.05）。结论：通过实施药剂科的药物管理模式之后，医院的药剂科工作开展整体质量明显提升，且工作开展中的用药安全缺陷情况的发生率也明显降低，在一定程度上增强了患者的整体用药满意度，具有临床推广意义。

Abstract Objective：To explore the important role of pharmacy management in the hospital pharmacy.Methods： A total of 26738 patients treated in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients in the first half of the year were selected as the control group according to the order of admission， As a research group. During the treatment of patients in the control group， the working mode of the work manager in the pharmacy department was in the normal mode， and the work mode of the pharmacy staff in the research group was the pharmacy management mode during the treatment. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical management of unreasonable medication， prescribing errors and other incidence rates， and the use of our hospital made satisfaction questionnaire， extracted 100 patients satisfaction with the study launched a study.Results： The incidence of irrational prescribing and error rate of pendulum in patients in control group were significantly higher than those in study group by two groups of patients with different drug management. There was significant difference between the two groups （p <0.05）. Satisfaction with the drug management in the control group was significantly worse than that in the observation group， with significant difference between the two groups （P<0.05）. Conclusion： Through the implementation of pharmacy management model， the overall quality of the pharmacy department in the hospital has been significantly improved， and the incidence of drug-use safety defects in the work progress has also been significantly reduced， to a certain extent， the patient's overall drug satisfaction has been enhanced Degree， with clinical significance.

1 资料与方法
