【摘 要】目的：关于临床用药的合理性通过临床药学干预的价值研究。方法：对于我卫生院的临床用药情况进行调查了解，选取其中的50例患者的病例資料进行研究，分析临床药学具体应用情况，以及不合理用药的影响性因素。结果：临床药学指导前，用药中多存在药物配给重复等情况，患者不良反应率较高，服药的依从性较差，指导干预后此种情况得到有效好转，前后数据差异大，有意义 ，P<0.05。结论：现阶段的临床用药中，临床药学的应用，有着非常理想的应用效果，有效的改善以往药物使用中存在的诸多问题。

Abstract Objective： about the rationality of clinical medication by the value of clinical pharmacy intervention study. Methods： for I know institutes of clinical drug use situation investigation， selection of the case data of 50 cases research， analysis of concrete application of clinical pharmacy， and the influence of irrational drug use factors. Results： before the guidance of clinical pharmacy， medicine there are many drugs ration repetition， etc.， in patients with adverse reaction rate is higher， medication compliance is poorer， guidance after the intervention to effectively improve， this data before and after the difference is big， meaningful， P < 0.05）. Conclusion： the present stage of clinical medicine， the application of clinical pharmacy， has a very ideal application effect， effectively improve the problems that exist in the past drug use.

目前，很多地方的卫生院，在患者疾病治疗的过程中，对于药物使用的安全性重视度不高，导致配给的很多药物不合理，给患者的疾病治愈易造成不利影响，且不合理用药给病患的家庭易造成较严重的经济负担，引发医患纠纷问题。因此需要在用药期间，借助于临床药学的相关知识，对卫生院的用药活动进行合理性的指导，以此促进病患身体的尽快康复，降低用药费用支出[1]。基于此，本文选取50例曾来我院进行疾病诊断与药物治疗的患者，作为合理用药的研究对象。全文研究内容如下：

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取我院在2016年1月～2017年1月，收治的需要接受治疗的病患，共计50例来研究。经过医生的详细诊断后，给予患者头孢曲松、头孢唑南等抗生素药物治疗，并填写药物使用处方单。

1.2 方法

在2016年的上半年，未对其中的25例患者的用药处方，进行临床用药的指导，下半年开始采用临床药学方法，指导医生开处方。……
