李政道图书馆建于上海交通大学闵行校区，由诺贝尔物理学奖获得者、著名物理学家李政道教授担任名誉馆长。建筑以“诺贝尔山”为设计意象，用李政道先生获得诺贝尔物理学奖的辉煌成就激励青年学生和科技工作者坚持不懈、勇攀科学高峰。建筑的体量、高度、色彩等与周边的教学楼群相呼应，保持有机联系。本馆为上海交通大学图书馆的理学分馆，同时还收藏了李政道先生捐赠的珍贵档案藏品8万余件。馆内设有数字资源中心、李政道先生艺术作品展等内容。开创性地实现了包括图书馆、档案馆、博物馆、科技馆和艺术馆在内的"五馆合一”的功能定位。□

Tsung Dao Lee Library is located at the Minhang campus of Shanghai Jiao Tong University.Mr. Tsung Dao Lee, the famous Nobel Prize winner in physics, becomes its honorary director. The concept of the design is "the Mountain of Nobel Prize", aiming to motivate young students and researchers to insist on scientific exploration in order to win new achievements. The dimensions and colour of the library relate to the other surrounding campus buildings. This library serves as the "branch of physics" of the main library on the campus. In the meantime, this library has a collection of over 80,000 donated by Mr. Tsung Dao Lee. There is a digital resource centre and a series of exhibitions in the library, making it a library that combines five functions in one building.□
