摘 要：信息化的推进加快了慕课的发展，在慕课学习过程中积累了大量的学习者学习行为数据，合理利用这些行为数据可进一步提升学习者的学习效果。运用社会网络分析方法对《微课设计与制作》慕课中综合讨论区学习者的交互行为进行分析，从交互网络的密度、中心度、核心-边缘、凝聚子群等方面反映学习者学习情况。结果表明：慕课讨论区中学习者之间的交互比较松散，学习者流动性较大；知识掌握仍停留于表层，没有内化；学习者之间缺乏学习情感投入。因此，需从管理层面、讨论区形式、共享性方面加强慕课讨论区建设，以提高慕课学习者交互的主动性，提升学习效果。

Abstract：The promotion of information technology has accelerated the development of MOOCS. A large amount of learning data has been accumulated to improve learners learning effect. The analysis of the learners' interactive behavior in the general discussion section in the course of Micro-class Design and Production is done by the social network method to present the interactive network density， centrality， the core-edge， and condensing subgroup. It is shown that the learners interaction is relatively loose while the learners mobility is high； knowledge is not absorbed and there is a lack of emotional commitment among learners. It is suggested that the learners' interaction need to be strengthened from the promotion of management level ， discussion and sharing forms in MOOC forums to improve learning effect.

0 引言

信息技术正在推动人类迈向一个新的台阶，新技术带来了教育领域新的变革，使教育从思想到形态发生了巨大变化，在线教育模式也逐渐演变，慕课随之兴起。慕课由于开放性等特点，受到广大学子关注。慕课讨论区是教师与学生在教学过程中互动比较高的沟通工具，可以为学习者提供大范围的交流与协作，从社会网络分析视角对慕课学习者的交互行为进行分析，为培养学习者互动学习以及完善慕课的建设和应用提供参考。
