摘 要：本研究采用文献资料法、实地考察法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法对湖南地区高校的体育场馆资源共享现状进行研究，研究结果表明：湖南高校的体育场馆资源配置与规定的标准存在一定差距，影响体育场馆资源共享的主要因素有：资源不够丰富、社会组织管理不到位、群众意识薄弱、共享机制不健全。提出的发展对策为：要加大体育场馆投入与建设、加强全民健身网络组织建设、抓好体育宣传、发展体育培训业、改革和完善社会共享机制。

Abstract：The main Methods （the author used are Documentation method and on-the-spot investigation，Delphi technique and Logical analysis） are considered in this paper to analyze the actuality of Resource-sharing of Hunan Provinces colleges and universities stadiums. The study reveales that：there is a certain gap between the allocation of resources and the stipulated standards of Hunan Provinces colleges and universities stadiums. Insufficient resources and the faultiness of Social organizations management， the weakness of public environmental awareness and incomplete Sharing mechanism are predominant influencing factors in the Resource-sharing of stadiums. The paper puts the corresponding strategies of development：Increase investment and construction unceasingly；strengthens mass sports activities network organizations；promote the physical exercise and physical training industry；reform and improve the Social sharing mechanism.

2017年8月10日共享運动仓首次在北京亮相，虽然仅有跑步机一项，但刷新了运动场地的新型模式，将体育公共服务的供给模式创新化。同年10月，党的十九大提出打造共建共治共享的社会治理格局，资源共享的意义重新被人们认知定位。资源共享，其意义在于方便群众进行体育锻炼与文化交流，缓解广大群众日益高涨的体育健身需求和体育场地设施不足的矛盾，加快体育产业发展，加强体育文化建设。在实现资源共享的道路上，提高体育公共服务的供给是有力措施之一。体育公共服务传统供给模式的主体为各大高校，在政府鼓励机关、学校等企事业单位的体育场馆设施向社会开放的情况下，多数学校积极推动公共体育场馆资源为学生提供体育服务，向学生免费或优惠开放，推动有条件的学校体育场馆设施在课后和节假日对本校师生和公众有序开放，但仍有部分学校未建立完善的共享机制，不能形成资源共享的学校体育发展格局。……
