摘要：随着科学技术的飞速发展，现代化工技术也得到了前所未有的高速发展，通过大量高新技术研制出来的新型化工机械设备在化工领域的到了非常广泛的应用，为化工产品的高质量，高标准，高效率提供了技术保障。因此要不断加强化工设备的安装技术才能保证化工机械设备的高效、稳定、安全运行。本文主要概述了化工设备安装施工技术及管理特点，旨在与同行进行业务之间的交流，不断提高化工机械设备安装质量，促进我国化工事业的可持续发展。

Abstract： With the rapid development of science and technology， modern chemical technology has also been developed at an unprecedented high speed. The new chemical machinery equipment developed through a large number of high-tech and new technologies has been used in a wide range of applications in the chemical industry， providing technical assurance for high quality， high standards， and high efficiency of chemical products. In order to ensure the efficient， stable and safe operation of chemical machinery and equipment， the installation technology of chemical equipment should be continuously strengthened. This paper mainly describes the installation and construction technology and management features of chemical equipment， aiming at communicating with peers， improving the installation quality of chemical machinery and equipment， and promoting the sustainable development of chemical industry in China.

0 引言

由于化工设备常年与有毒、有害、有腐蚀性的高温、高压的液体、气体等接触具有非常高的危险性，安装的技术难度比较大，安装风险很高，因此化工设备安装的精度及质量直接影响了化工设备能否安全稳定的正常生产，同时也关系到化工设备周边的操作工人的生命安全。所以只有加强化工设备的安装技术，嚴格按照安装手册要求的步骤及方案来安装化工设备，务必要保证化工设备的安装定位准确无误，紧固件紧固到位，密封件紧密无漏，使化工设备安全稳定运行，高效高质生产化工产品。
