【摘要】 目的 探讨穴位埋线治疗对特应性皮炎患儿外周血Th1/Th2细胞调节的影响。方法 84例特应性皮炎患儿， 随机分为对照组与穴位埋线组， 每组42例。对照组采用盐酸左西替利嗪片口服治疗， 穴位埋线组采用穴位埋线治疗。比较两组患儿的治疗效果；干预前后患儿Th1/Th2淋巴细胞水平；不良反应发生情况。结果 穴位埋线组治疗总有效率92.86%高于对照组的71.43%， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。干预前两组干扰素-γ（IFN-γ）、肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素（IL）-4、IL-2、IL-5水平比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预后两组IFN-γ、TNF-α、IL-4、IL-2、IL-5水平均低于本组干预前， 且穴位埋线组均低于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。穴位埋线组不良反应发生率0低于对照组的23.81%， 差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 穴位埋线治疗对特应性皮炎患儿外周血Th1/Th2细胞调节作用确切， 可调节外周血Th1/Th2细胞平衡， 改善临床症状， 且无不良反应， 安全性高， 值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on regulation of Th1/Th2 cells in peripheral blood of children with atopic dermatitis. Methods A total of 84 children with atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into control group and acupoint catgut embedding group， with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral levocetirizine dihydrochloride tablets， and acupoint catgut embedding group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy. Comparison were made on treatment effect， Th1/Th2 lymphocyte levels in children before and after intervention and occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Results Acupoint catgut embedding group had higher total treatment effective rate as 92.86% than 71.43% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Before intervention， both groups had no statistically significant difference in interferon - γ （IFN- γ）， tumor necrosis factor - α （TNF- α）， interleukin （IL） -4， IL-2， IL-5 level （P>0.05）. After intervention， both groups had lower IFN-γ， TNF-α， IL-4， IL-2 and IL-5 level than before treatment， and acupoint catgut embedding group was lower than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Acupoint catgut embedding group had lower incidence of adverse reactions as 0 than 23.81% in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy has definite regulation effect on peripheral blood Th1/Th2 cells in children with atopic dermatitis， and it can regulate the balance of Th1/Th2 cells in peripheral blood， improve clinical symptoms with no adverse reactions and high safety. It is worth promoting.

特應性皮炎是一种反复发作性、瘙痒性、炎性皮肤病， 和遗传过敏素质相关， 患儿可出现湿疹和极度瘙痒， 且有7/10左右患儿有过敏性家族史。祖国医学将特应性皮炎纳入“奶癣”、“顽湿”、范畴[1]， 认为本病湿热内生、外感风热湿邪相关。本研究分析了穴位埋线治疗对特应性皮炎患儿外周血Th1/Th2细胞调节的影响， 现报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料 选取2016年2月～2017年9月本院收治的84例特应性皮炎患儿作为研究对象， 随机分为对照组与穴位埋线组， 每组42例。穴位埋线组男29例， 女13例；年龄4～14岁， 平均年龄（7.24±2.25）岁；发病时间1～10年， 平均发病时间（6.51±1.16）年。对照组男28例， 女14例；年龄4～15岁， 平均年龄（7.21±2.60）岁；发病时间1～10年， 平均发病时间（6.52±1.16）年。两组患儿一般资料比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）， 具有可比性。

1. 2 方法 对照组采用盐酸左西替利嗪片（瑞士UCB Farchim SA， 进口药品注册证号H20100758， 规格：5 mg/片）口服治疗， 5 mg/次， 1次/d。穴……
