【摘要】糖尿病肾病又称糖尿病肾小球硬化症，代谢紊乱、高血压、蛋白质的非酶糖基等多种因素的共同作用是导致糖尿病肾病的主要原因，作为糖尿病最常见和最严重的慢性并发症之一，糖尿病肾病不仅将严重危害患者身体健康，给患者正常的生活与工作带来众多负面影响；同时，疾病进一步发展将导致患者最终出现肾功能衰竭并因此死亡。近年来，随着临床研究的深入，越来越多的实践研究结果表明，中医药治疗糖尿病肾病有明确疗效，在帮助患者改善临床症状、延缓病理进展、提高生存质量等方面有较大优势。基于此，本文从目前我国中医治疗糖尿病肾病的研究进展概况出发，分析论述了中医治疗糖尿病肾病的诊断方法、治疗方法等内容，以期为相关研究的开展提供参考和借鉴。

【Abstract】Diabetic nephropathy，also known as diabetic glomerulosclerosis， metabolic disorders， hypertension， non-enzymatic glycans and other factors of protein is the leading cause of diabetic nephropathy，as the most common and the most serious chronic concomitant diabetes Diabetic nephropathy not only will seriously endanger the health of patients and bring about many negative effects on the normal life and work of patients， meanwhile，the further development of the disease will lead to the final renal failure and death of patients.In recent years，with the deepening of clinical research，more and more practical research results show that traditional Chinese medicine has a definite curative effect in treating diabetic nephropathy and has great advantages in helping patients to improve clinical symptoms，delay pathological progress，and improve quality of life.Based on this，starting from the current situation of TCM research in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy in our country，this paper analyzes and discusses the methods of diagnosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy by TCM，and provides references for the development of related research.

臨床研究[1-2]表明，糖尿病肾病是糖尿病患者最为严重的一种慢性微血管并发症，是导致糖尿病患者死亡的最主要原因之一，患者常以不同程度的蛋白尿、高血压、水肿等症状为主要临床表现，若治疗、控制不及时，病情进一步发展可演变为肾功能衰竭，增加患者死亡风险。传统上，临床多采用西医疗法对患者进行治疗，有一定效果，但也存在一定的局限性，主要不足在于药效的患者个体差异较大，另外，药物的长期使用将导致患者出现多种并发症、不良反应以及不同程度的耐药性[3]。……
