[摘要]目的 分析优质护理在妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血护理中的临床应用效果。方法 选取2015年1月1日～2017年7月31日来我院就诊的55例妊娠高血压综合征产后出血产妇，随机分为观察组和参照组。参照组（27例）患者实施常规护理，观察组（28例）患者实施优质护理，对比两组产妇的护理效果。结果 观察组产妇其出血量少于参照组，且护理满意度高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血选择优质护理其临床效果显著，能减少术中出血量，提高产妇对护理工作的满意度，值得临床推广应用。

[Abstract]Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high quality nursing in postpartum hemorrhage in women suffering from pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods From January 1，2015 to July 31，2017，a total of 55 puerperae suffering from pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome visited our hospital due to postpartum hemorrhage were selected.They were randomly divided into observation group and reference group.In the reference group（n=27），routine nursing was used，while in the observation group（n=28），high-quality nursing was applied.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group was lesser than that in the reference group，and the nursing satisfaction in the observation was higher，which were displayed statistical differences after inter-group comparisons（P<0.05）.Conclusion For pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome puerperae with postpartum hemorrhage，application of high quality nursing can obtain a remarkable effect.It can reduce the intraoperative amount of bleeding and improve the nursing satisfaction，which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

妊娠高血压综合征作为孕妇特有病症，多发生于妊娠20周及产后两周，近年来我国妊娠高血压综合征发病率呈上升趋势。据报道，妊娠高血压综合征产妇约占妊娠总人数的5%[1]。认为该疾病与子宫胎盘缺血、前列腺素缺乏、免疫和遗传等因素存在相关性，产妇常表现为血压升高、晕眩、呕吐、上腹疼痛、视力下降、蛋白尿等症状，影响产妇身心健康的同时也会对胎儿产生一定影响[2]。此外，妊娠高血压综合征患者若未及时治疗极易引发心肾衰竭或脑出血，导致产妇产后出血，威胁其生命安全。以往多为患者实施常规护理，但护理效果欠佳，为了帮助患者早日康复，部分医院推出优质护理。本文旨在分析优质护理对妊娠高血压综合征产妇产后出血的临床应用效果，现报道如下。

1资料与方法
