[摘要]目的 研究体位护理在产妇待产过程中的应用效果。方法 选取2016年8月5日～2017年8月6日在我院治疗的100例产妇作为研究对象，根据待产方式不同分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。对照组产妇实施常规体位待产，观察组产妇采用体位护理方式待产。观察两组产妇的分娩方式、产后出血情况、疼痛情况、产程时间以及新生儿窒息率。结果 两组产妇自然分娩率比较，观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）；两组产妇的疼痛评分比较，观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组产妇的产程时间比较，观察组短于对照组（P<0.05）；两组产妇的产后出血率及新生儿窒息率比较，观察组低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在产妇待产过程中加强体位护理有助于产程缩短以及改善分娩结局，促使自然分娩率和分娩质量提高。

[Abstract]Objective To study on application effect of posture nursing in maternal labor process in.Methods 100 cases of pregnant women from August 5，2016 to August 6，2017 in our hospital as the research object，according to the labor were divided into control group and was observation group，50 cases in each group.The control group was implemented routine position labor，the observation group used nursing mode of labor.The delivery mode，postpartum hemorrhage，pain，birth process time and neonatal asphyxia rate were observed in two groups of parturients.Results The rate of the two groups of maternal natural childbirth，the observation group was higher than that the control group（P<0.05）；the pain scores were compared between the two groups，the observation group was lower than that the control group（P<0.05）；the two groups were compared in the labor time，the observation group was shorter than that the control group（P<0.05）；asphyxia comparison of rate and neonatal hemorrhage of two groups of maternal postpartum，the observation group was lower than that the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion Strengthening the nursing position helps to shorten the birth process and improve birth outcomes in maternal labor process，to improve the natural birth rate and the quality of delivery.

最理想的分娩方式為自然分娩，可加速产妇的产后恢复及减少并发症的发生。另外胎儿经过产道时头部受到挤压，对胎儿分娩后正常呼吸的迅速建立和肺功能具有较好的作用，更有助于新生儿感觉系统和神经系统的发育，增强新生儿抵抗力。在临床中提倡产妇自然分娩，并要求临床改变产时服务模式[1]。自然分娩的产程长且疼痛剧烈，产妇可能因无法耐受因宫缩而产生的疼痛，而转为剖宫产；另外自然分娩过程中可能出现难产等情况，故对临产产妇进行护理干预十分重要。对临产产妇进行护理的过程中，通过体位护理有助于自然分娩率的提高，具有积极的作用。择取在本院分娩的产妇开展本研究，目的在于探究体位护理在产妇待产过程中的应用效果，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料
