摘要：工程造价作为房屋建筑中关键的程序，其中实施动态管理以及控制在房屋建筑造价中可以发挥积极作用，同时在控制房屋建筑成本方面也具有重要意义。在文章中结合房屋建筑中造价动态的管理含义，分析其中影响动态造价管理的因素，并提出具体的应对策略，希望能够对提升建筑造价管理效果提供参考。

Absrtact： Engineering cost is a key procedure in building construction， in which the implementation of dynamic management and control can play an active role in the building cost. At the same time， it is of great significance to control the building cost. Combined with the meaning of dynamic cost management in building construction， the paper analyzes the factors that affect dynamic cost management， and puts forward specific countermeasures， hoping to provide a reference for improving the effect of building cost management.

0 引言

在推进城市化发展的背景下，房屋建筑发展也可以满足当前人们的需求，在保障人们的居住环境方面成为人们高度关注的对象。但是在房屋建筑建设过程中，需要加强造价管理，其中实施动态管理方式可以帮助建筑企业有效控制成本，促使建筑企业获得良好的效益。下文结合造价动态管理具体含义分析其影响的因素，然后提出对应的解决对策，期待可以帮助建筑企业有效节约建设成本。

1 概述房屋建筑工程造价动态管理

房屋建筑实施动态管理造价，在实际工作中主要结合建筑工程过程中的情况而综合分析造价情况，同时采用灵活方面对造价实施管理，尤其是在应对房屋建筑的施工过程的新变化因素或者是发生偏差的情况，能够适时调整，最大限度保障房屋建筑施工中可以将物力、人力和财力而发挥最大的价值[1]，同时还可以将造价控制在合理范围中。

2 分析房屋建筑工程实施造价动态管理的影响因素
