【摘要】 目的 探讨成人肱骨远端骨折手术治疗的临床疗效。方法 27例成人肱骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象， 所有患者均行手术治疗， 根据骨折不同类型选取相应手术入路并进行固定、术后康复等， 术后随访， 观察手术效果。结果 本组患者术后均获随访， 随访6～28个月， 平均随访14个月。根据Jupiter肘关节评分标准：优12例 、良8例、可5例、差2例， 优良率为74.07%。结论 在肱骨远端骨折的手术治疗中根据骨折的类型合理选择手术入路等， 可以取得较好的临床疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of surgical treatment for distal humeral fractures in adults. Methods A total of 27 adult patients with distal humerus fractures were selected as study subjects， and they all underwent surgical treatment. According to the different types of fractures， appropriate surgical approaches were selected and fixed， and postoperative rehabilitation and so on were followed up after operation to observe the effect. Results All patients were followed up for 6～28 months， with average follow-up as 14 months. According to the standard of Jupiter elbow joint score： there were 12 excellent cases， 8 good cases， 5 moderate cases， and 2 poor cases， with excellent rate as 74.07%. Conclusion Appropriate surgical approaches shows good clinical efficacy during the treatment of distal humeral fractures.

肱骨远端骨折占成人全身骨折的2%～6%， 占成人肘部骨折的30%。此处骨折的发生率在年龄和性别曲线上有两个高峰， 即年轻男性和老年女性。大多数的老年患者都是累及双柱的关节内骨折[1-6]。关节外损伤和部分关节内骨折经有效的手术治疗其预后相对较好。此类骨折中累及关节面的骨折， 尤其是关节面粉碎骨折， 治疗不恰当或术后过长时间制動都会导致关节僵硬、疼痛和畸形， 是创伤骨科领域中的治疗难点。作者回顾性分析本院2011年5月～2016年9月手术治疗成人肱骨远端骨折并随访患者27例， 现将治疗效果报告如下。

1 资料与方法

1. 1 一般资料 选取2011年5月～2016年9月本院收治的27例成人肱骨远端骨折患者作为研究对象， 其中男16例， 女11例；年龄18～82岁， 平均年龄40.80岁；左侧14例， 右侧13例；车祸伤7例， 摔伤12例， 高处坠落伤4例， 打伤

2例， 砸伤2例；按照AO/ASIF分型： A2型5例， A3型1例， B2型1例， C1型5例， C2型9例， C3型6例。……
