【摘要】目的 探討治疗女性高血压合并更年期综合征中西医结合的疗效。方法 对区医院从2015年3月到2016年3月接到门诊治疗女性高血压合并更年期综合征患者98例，患者均符合女性高血压合并更年期综合征相关标准，针对其需要进行中西医治疗，并随机分配两组，分别是A组、B组，每组49例，将A组进行西药治疗，B组进行中西药结合治疗，通过一个疗程治疗后进行比较，这两组患者在年龄、身高、体重、性别上均有可比性。根据患者在治疗前后进行观察，根据前后疗效中不良反应进行检测血液。结果 患者进行治疗分析后，这些患者均有不同程度上的好转，在进行治疗女性高血压合并更年期综合征后进行比对，两组有统计学意义（P<0.05）A组患者在治疗后，显效7例（14.29%）有效为21例（42.86%），总有效率为57.14%。而B组患者在治疗后，显效为19例（38.78%），有效为23例（46.94%），总有效率为85.71%。通过两组比对前后，均没有产生严重不良反应。结论 通过对接收女性高血压合并更年期综合征患者进行分析后得知，中西医结合技术对女性高血压合并更年期综合征有很好疗效，同时可以降低患者费用和治疗时间。而不良反应几乎没有，所以中西医结合技术可以对女性高血压合并更年期综合征患者有效治疗，并值得在临床推广。

【Abstract】Objective To explore the curative effect of the combination of Western medicine in the treatment of female hypertension with climacteric syndrome.Methods The method of district hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 received outpatient treatment of female climacteric hypertension and 98 cases of patients， patients with hypertension in women with climacteric syndrome related standard，traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment for their needs，and were randomly assigned to two groups，namely A group and B group，49 cases in each group， the A group of Western medicine treatment，B group with western medicine，with a course of treatment were compared， the two groups were comparable in age， height，weight， gender. The patients were observed before and after treatment，and the blood was detected according to the adverse effects of the patients before and after the treatment.Results The patients were treated after analysis， different degrees of improvement in these patients were in the treatment of hypertension in women with climacteric syndrome after the comparison of two groups was statistically significant （P<0.05） in A group after treatment，7 cases（14.29%） effective 21 cases （42.86%）， the total efficiency of 57.14%.After treatment in group B， 19 cases （38.78%） were markedly effective，23 cases （46.94%） were effective， and the total effective rate was 85.71%.No serious adverse reactions were produced before and after the two groups of comparisons.Conclusion Through the analysis of female hypertensive patients with climacteric syndrome， it is known that the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a good effect on female hypertension and climacteric syndrome， and it can reduce the cost and treatment time of patients. The side effects are almost no， so the combination of TCM and Western medicine can effectively treat women with hypertension and climacteric syndrome， and is worthy of clinical promotion.

更年期综合征主要表现为头痛、胸闷、心烦失眠、容易动怒，同时也会伴有血压升高，该病症特点主要是容易受到情绪变化，而调查显示出高血压患病率是绝经前2倍。目前女性高血压合并更年期综合征是一种比较常见疾病之一，近年来此病的发病率明显升高，同时造成该疾病因素较多，需要针对女性高血压合并更年期综合征进行预防和治疗，一旦不能尽快治疗及预防，就会加重病情，最终影响患者生活质量，目前中西医结合技术是在一种有效方法，将女性高血压合并更年期综合征症状进行消除。随着现代化……
