【摘要】目的 观察并分析治疗肺癌患者服用中药益气养阴剂后血液中白介素Ⅰ、白介素Ⅱ和白介素Ⅳ的浓度和免疫功能状况。方法 随机选取我院2016年4月～2017年4月接收治疗的30例肺癌患者为探究对象，将其进行随机分组，分为观察组与对照组，予以对照组患者放疗加胸腺法新针的治疗方式，予以观察组放疗加中药益气养阴剂的治疗方式，观察并对比两组患者治疗后的白介素Ⅰ、白介素Ⅱ和白介素Ⅳ的浓度和免疫功能情况。结果 治疗前，两组患者的白介素Ⅰ、白介素Ⅱ和白介素Ⅳ浓度和免疫功能情况均没有明显变化，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；经过治疗后，两组患者的白介素Ⅰ、白介素Ⅱ和白介素Ⅳ浓度和免疫功能均得到改善，而观察组显著优于对照组，差异统计学成立（P<0.05）。结论 对肺癌患者采用放疗加中药益气养阴剂的治疗方式，能有效改善患者的病情，使患者的免疫功能得到明显提升，与此同时提升患者的生活质量，充分体现其价值意义，值得临床医学的不断推广与采纳。

【Abstract】Objective To observe and analyze the concentration of IL， IL-2 and IL IV in the blood of patients with lung cancer and the immune function after taking traditional Chinese medicine Yiqi Yangyin agent.Methods in our hospital in April 2016 April-2017 receiving treatment in 30 cases of lung cancer patients were randomly selected as the research object，which were randomly divided into observation group and control group，control group patients to radiotherapy plus new treatment method of thymus，the observation group to radiotherapy plus Jianpiyiqi Decoction agent treatment，observation and concentration and the immune function of interleukin two groups were compared after treatment of interleukin 2 and interleukin IV.Results Before treatment，interleukin 1 and interleukin 2 and interleukin 4 concentration and immune function in the patients of the two groups had no obvious changes，it was no significance （P>0.05）；after treatment，the two groups of patients with interleukin 1 and interleukin 2 and interleukin 4 concentration and immune function were improved.The observation group was significantly better than the control group，the difference was set up （P<0.05）.Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine of Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin agent treatment for lung cancer patients，can effectively improve the patient's condition，so that the immune function of the patients improved significantly at the same time，improve the quality of life of patients，the value of full， worthy of clinical medicine continuously promotion and adoption.

現阶段，临床恶性肿瘤疾病最常见的一种就是肺癌疾病，该疾病的发病率极高，而且逐年呈上涨趋势，其可谓是全国癌症发病率为高的疾病[1]。就目前而言，临床上主要采用的西药治疗方式就是放疗治疗方案，可是此方式在后期患者会出现骨髓抑制、放射性食管炎以及放射性肺炎等并发症，在这些患者当中有一部分患者由于忍受不了痛苦，中途放弃治疗[2]。据相关文献表明[3]，针对肺癌患者采用放疗措施加以中药治疗的方式，取得了明显成效，为了进一步验证该治疗方式的临床治疗效果，本文笔者选取了我院的30例肺癌患者进行了相关研究。具……
