【摘要】目的 分析肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管后常见并发症情况及其相关护理对策。方法 选取本院2016年9月～2017年6月收治的72例肿瘤化疗且接受PICC置管的患者作为对照组和实验组研究对象，每组各36例。对照组患者予以常规护理，实验组患者予以精细化管理。观察两组患者POCC置管后常见并发症发生情况。结果 对照组和实验组患者的并发症发生率分别为36.11%和5.56%，对照组明显高于实验组，组间比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管后常见并发症包括穿刺点渗血、穿刺点感染、静脉炎、导管堵塞、导管脱落、血栓形成等，予以精细化管理的情况下可以降低并发症发生率。

【Abstract】Objective To analyze the common complications of PICC in chemotherapy for tumor patients and its related nursing measures after tube.Methods Seventy-two patients with tumor chemotherapy and receiving PICC from September 2016 to June 2017 in our hospital were selected as control group and experimental group，36 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with routine nursing， and the patients in the experimental group were carefully managed.The common complications of pocc catheter in two groups were observed.Results The control group and the experimental group of patients with complication rate were 36.11% and 5.56%，the control group was significantly higher than the experimental group，the differences between groups The statistical significance of P<0.05.Conclusion Chemotherapy patients with PICC catheter complications including bleeding at the puncture point， the puncture point infection，phlebitis，catheter blockage，catheter thrombosis，etc，to fine management cases can reduce the incidence of complications.

外周中心靜脉导管（PICC）属于比较常见的一种静脉输注手段，具有安全、高效、方便、留置时间长且是适应性较强等特点，在肿瘤化疗中经常使用[1]。但是，PICC置管后肿瘤化疗患者会出现一定并发症，该点引起了临床以及患者的关注。基于此，本次研究主要分析了肿瘤化疗患者PICC置管后常见并发症情况，并制定了相关护理对策。具体研究报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本次研究选取了本院2016年9月～2017年9月收治的72例肿瘤化疗且接受PICC置管的患者，通过电脑随机抽取的方式进行分组，作为对照组和实验组研究对象，每组各36例。对照组患者中，男19例，女17例，年龄在19岁～75岁，平均年龄（47.25±2.38）岁。实验组患者中，男18例，女18例，年龄在20～74岁，平均年龄（46.39±2.62）岁。两组患者性别、年龄等一般资料均无明显差异，统计学意义显示为P>0.05。

1.2 方法
